Keep in mind, an electrical fire in the garage that burns the place down wouldnt be covered, a kitchen fire that burns the place down wouldnt be covered, obviously a fire in the grow room wouldnt be covered, a flood wouldnt be covered, who in their right mind would gamble a property on someone they dont know when they know ins. isnt going to pay shit because the house is breaking federal law?
