Landlord open to growing, need help proving to him it is legal!!!! Please help

    If you were a landlord, would any of you knowingly rent a house to a grower? Keep in mind, an electrical fire in the garage that burns the place down wouldnt be covered, a kitchen fire that burns the place down wouldnt be covered, obviously a fire in the grow room wouldnt be covered, a flood wouldnt be covered, who in their right mind would gamble a property on someone they dont know when they know ins. isnt going to pay shit because the house is breaking federal law? Your landlord may be cool but hes also pretty fuckin dumb. I risk my own shit because its mine but im not gonna risk my shit for anyone else. Just sayin

    If you were growing pot would you tell your landlord? Answer is no and will always be no. Under federal laws, it's illegal. which means, depending on your state laws, they can take the property away!

    It's called insurance and yes, a lot of things are covered. One of my friends uncles friend rented out a house, willingly, to someone who grew a ton of pot in it. The house ended up getting raided, no on was there at the time, and the DEA came asking them "did you know your house was turned into a grow house?" of course the answer was to play stupid. No one got arrested. you can steer it both ways. But for ME, telling anyone you are growing is breaking a fucking GOLDEN RULE! And as always, if you know what you are doing you have a lesser chance of getting caught! Keep the wattage under 1200 per house and paranoia is FUCKING KEY to NOT getting caught. There are a lot of OG's that haven't gotten caught because they are fucking smarter than the others.
