Lots of lawyer mumbo jumbo, but everyone should be doing the last part of this statement. It's important.

Itsme.
here's what we can do From the above:

write to the Minister of Health, Jane Philpott asking her to instruct her Department and the Department of Justice
accordingly to immediately make provision through the Office of Medical Cannabis forthe following:
(a)
To enable any former ATP holders under the MMAR whose possession permits in
that regard expired before March 21, 2014 , having obtained a section 53 Narcotic
Control regulation authorization from their Healthcare practitioner, to file that
authorization with the Office of Medical Cannabis as proof of their lawful possession
pending the decision of Mr. Justice Phelan in Allard;
(b)
To declare that the former ATP holders whose permits expired prior to March 21,
2014, and who have obtained a valid section 53 Narcotic Control regulation
authorization from their Healthcare practitioner and continue to have a valid
existing PPL or DGL under the MMAR as of September 30, 2013, are considered to
both be valid under the terms of the injunction
and able to continue to produce and
possess their medicine;
(c)
To require the Office of Medical Cannabis to make provision in a corresponding
database to the current frozen SAM database, a process whereby patients medically
approved under the MMAR are enabled to change their production sites by the
filing of an appropriate change of address with the office, together with a
declaration of intended compliance with all local government bylaws at the new
location and the subsequent filing of proof thereof with the Office of Medical
Cannabis.
(d)
To seek amendments to the MMPR and NCR with respect to ‘dried cannabis
marihuana” consistent with the decision in R v. Smith SCC with respect to the
MMAR;
(e)
To amend the MMPR 150 gm possession limit and restore the MMAR ”up to 30 day
supply” limit in all circumstances, unless authorized in writing by a healthcare
practitioner to exceed that amount in certain circumstances

Drops the appeal leaving out 18000+ to save 2 people.

So if Allard looses the injunction is null and the only people that can appeal that decision are Allard, Beemish, Hebert and Davey.

If i had to guess i would say most of the money will be going to the dispensary defence.

Whats the point in defending dispensaries if growers cant grow to supply the clubs?

Congratualtions to everyone who funded the Allard/Beemish/Hebert/Davey defence fund.

CONroy just won't admit we know he screwed us. he regurgitates the same thing over and over but doesn't answer our questions!
why isn't the case done as a class action to save $$?? if that was done, any MMAR patient could file stuff but because they are part of the action.
left outs are more than those who got cut off. there are really only 4 non left outs-the plaintiffs. they are the only ones who can file appeals.
he said if we gave him a million $$'s we'd get a better defense...??!! most are on pension or disability. i lost my ability to donate when i lost my garden!
we are getting the least effort from him and yet people still think he's a rock star. i don't get it

When a lawyer of that age and years of service that has an office as outdated and honestly disgusting they tend to ask for money. Always more of it.

I thought I read here that Conroy was asked to be part of a class action but wanted more money above the other lawyers. I think it was posted a month or two ago.

he also tried to get in on the privacy breach at Branch McMasters asking them for 5%. he created irrevocable pledge sheet for people to sign a while back. why would he do that? if he was doing a good job, why would people change their mind? it should have ben a regular pledge sheet in my opinion.

What's really fucked up is that there is less greed dealing with illegal growers than what is being seen with Allard/Legalization vampires.

Why all the threats from the Mmar Coalition Against Repeal Administration Linda and Maurice Fazio, Keven Sharpe and Jason Wilcox?

I was threatened by Maurice Fazio. We worked together on The event on the Six Nations Reserve and it went terribly wrong. They were selling tickets and shirts online for Canadian tire money and making mistakes and he was pressuring me to get a paypal account in his name but it was denied. He was a bully and he and Linda were wreck less and I warned them about the fact that there was a concern with misappropriation of funds and he lost control of himself and threatened me. I called him a goof and he started to post violent threats and a picture of a gun and that some stupid C#%*t better watch out as Linda Fazio is on the warpath. The Fazios are looking for an extra size freezer and has given someone's picture to the club etc. several very violent posts. I have it all saved and LE has it as well as the letter from the Fazios and the MMAR Coalition Administration that they have in circulation about bikers and killing people. Corporal Shane Holmquist has that letter signed by Maurice Fazio. I appears they are framing someone and are looking to silence someone. Who? And why? And why does Keven Sharpe agree 110%?

here's somethong from Nadine Bews. I think it's worth a thought or two:

Thank you for the information. This is a very interesting conversation thread because it demonstrates what I have been saying all along, that there is a need for the patients to get properly organized. By posing a 'questionnaire' they have commenced to gather 'like-minded' people and are 'data-mining' their brains in order to disect the Coalition, Wilcox and Conroy to hopefully determine the for reasons why the Allard Action failed 50% of the MMAR patients and the cause for the current crisis. However, instead of rehashing the past, we need strong leadership to set best direction and for proper representation of our interests because 'time is of the essence'; legalization and Phelan's decision is on the horizon and we have Conroy as our principal spokesman and Wilcox as our unofficial representative in the dual ongoing legal and political processes required to restore the right to cannabis production, distribution and consumption..which is called the 'delivery mechanisms'.

Proper timing for action is essential at this historical crossing point so we cannot afford to waste more time crying the blues online. We all know perfectly well why we are faced with the current crisis and there are many 'reasons' which shall all be clearly outlined in the Audit Application and also in the Motion to dismiss Conroy from the Allard Action under Section 467.111 of the CCC.

Rather than rehash the past it may well serve our time better to data-mine our brains for ideas on best direction and in order to do this we must go back to the beginning and restart our engines. In a forensic audit, when we find corporate corruption and take such a matter to court and the judge finds that there indeed has been corporate misconduct, the 'business law' dictates that Hizhonour must order that matters be restored to the way that they originally existed or as it was meant to be or what is called 'original intention'.

The Coalition, in my mind, was meant to act as a deliberative assembly whereby patients could purchase a nominal $10 annual membership fee and thereby obtain a 'voice' and a 'vote' in matters of common interest such as dismissing a volunteer or filing a legal action to stop some or all of the MMPR in order to ensure that our MMAR regulatory options to self-cultivate were not abrogated or derogated under the MMPR. The membership could have been leveraged into 'official recognition' and to positions of political influence and power and their annual fees could be leveraged into securing a reliable source of revenue and core funding to provide the necessary ongoing administrative support for the legal action and the legally incorporated collective entity.

We are all victims of delusion because we were all 'deluded' by Conroy and Wilcox who led us to 'believe' that the purpose of the Coalition was to represent the best interests of patients and not the self-enrichment of a select few at the expense of the majority and who think nothing more of us than to be collateral damage in their pursuits for self-enrichment.
