There are alot of accusations and finger pointing about how Conroy/JW has handled the Allard case.

I would like to compile roughly 8-12 questions about the concerns we have raised. I have a few myself but i will allow the community to out-vote them. I will be asking these questions on behalf of the Canadian patients and address the Coalition and Wilcox as some of us have donated to the cause.

I will be emailing both parties with the questions we come up with. If said email does not get replied to within 2 weeks i will print them off and have them sent off express post tracked and signed. I will then wait another 2 weeks for a response. If after 1 month of no response we will know where we stand as a patient coalition.

1) Why did you discontinue the appeal in the higher court where we had a good chance of relief?
2) Why are patients funds going to protect dispensaries when we cant even protect the patients that donated?

As it stands...I doubt anyone knows which way is up..

I can answer your first and second question
1. because there's probably a very good reason.
2. no one is protected as such! We all go to court!

Thanks guys, il add those when I get on a PC...keep them coming. I feel we have a large following and can obtain upwards of a dozen questions. To clarify, it's not to put them on blast it's for fair Q&A with an equal platform.

Is it true that if the allard case fails only plaintifs listed on the case are covered by a new injunction? What steps would other patients who are not listed need to do to keep there gardens if phelan rules against us. Jason Wilcox why is there no updates or useful info on the coalitions webpage.

7. How come there isn't more information about where we currently reside as medical patients?

8. How is it that people are being charged because their pink slips show an expiry date, when it should be known there is an injunction on a national level?

On a related side note last nights episode of Jason's interview show Cannabis in Canada had all kinda crazy in it.

Could wilcox's involvement in helping his friends set up lps not be viewed as going against the coalition, and or its motives?
Is it not a conflict of interest to have Wilcox involved at all?

Why have the rights of people that were unlucky enough to get sick by a certain date been forgotten. Aren't all people subject to the same reasonable rights and freedoms?

Why didn't you include any left outs or people needing changes on the case? Wouldn't it have been beneficial to even include an mmpr patient to show how flawed the mmpr is?

Can you recommend a good lawyer for the coalition to hire for future appeals and needs?

467.111 Recruitment of members by a criminal organization – Every person who, for the purpose of enhancing the ability of a criminal organization to facilitate or commit an indictable offence under this Act or any other Act of Parliament, recruits, solicits, encourages, coerces, or invites a person to join the criminal organization is guilty of an indictable offence and liable."

TURMEL: Supreme Court nixes Manson appeals by anyone but Conroy

JCT: Jeff Harris, Art Jackes, Voytek Krzyz and several
others had been refused standing to appeal the Manson
decision that left them needing amendments to their ATPs and
had sought leave to appeal that refusal to the Supreme Court
of Canada.

On Thursday Nov 5 2015, Supreme Court of Canada Chief
Justice McLaughlin, Justices Moldaver and Gascon dismissed
their applications for want of jurisdiction.

So everyone screwed in the Manson decision have no say but
Beemish and Hebert and they discontinued their appeal for
their needed amendments so everyone needing amendment stays
screwed with them. Thank you Tanya and David.

Sad, I did my best, took it to the top, but Conroy's
discontinuing the right way to go seems to have closed off
everyone's route to relief.

Har har har! And most still think our Judas John Conroy is a
medpot champion. Wonder how they'll feel when they find out
his Beemish and Hebert are the only impediments to asking
the Federal Court of Appeal for everyone's permits back with
theirs. Wonder why they don't want their permits amended any
more?

Just an observation, pre coalition. JW didn't have a pot to piss in, barley affording his rent. Now, production studio, multiple cameras, audio equipment, editing equipment $1000 dab rig, world wide trips. He won the lottery with the coalition.

why abandon the variance in the higher court? wouldn't have been valuable to go after the variance at both levels?
why not the one additional plaintiff with current paperwork that needed changes to their permit/license?

Do people who donated to the coalition get a discount since you traded their home grows to stuff your pockets?

I truly dont think this case will matter anymore, not for the sick anyway.
