Sounds like spider mites.
Depending where you are neem oil seems to be what the guys up north use to kill them.
Spider mites yeah, they jump and are tiny black things. I live in South America, what should I use to kill them?
Is this ok for a 1 month old OUTDOOR?

plant looks great for outdoors. perhaps put it into a bigger pot, or in the ground. ive read alot about bug problems and a simple solution could be dish soap. a little bit off dish soap and water and spray your plant down. research that tho because ive never had to do it.

I think he meant regarding growth, i.e. does 1 month growth, in the s. hem, equate to 1 month in the n. hem, or do they differ at all. trolling? no he's trying to learn. coming here to make asshole comments as you did, is a troll move.

. Im having workers over at my house so I bought a 200 watt CFL but its nothing compared to outdoor light. I bought it because I didnt want anyone to see the plant :/. I know I need a bigger pot.

UPDATE:
So I started my indoor for now until workers are gone etc. I´d love some feedback and to tell me whether the space between light and plant is good enough, I have a fan on medium which seems perfect. Anyway here it is:
CFL 200watt light.
