injunction/court case updates

Absolutely you should be able to move but... If you're trying to be as legit as possible then tell them the address so you don't accidentally get shot in a police raid. It shouldn't be hard to change your grow sites but you should have to come forward that you've changed production sites IMO. Otherwise people will abuse the hell out of it and have multiple sites.
i was told that you can use a section 53 exemption to move sites and it's a good idea so if they bust your grow, you have some kind of a curtain. you'll be able to show that you tried their way and it didn't help

I agree that sounds like the best option currently if you need to switch sites. But even that has a specific address on it correct?

you'd use the sec 53 exemption for all addresses. i don't know enough yet to say anything about moving it after you've moved it.
I will be looking at this full force after Oct 19 if we are stuck with Harper again

Correct but my point is the section 53 isn't open ended stating you can grow wherever you want. You're still limited to a single address and need another section 53 to change again if I understand the whole thing correctly.

i understand you just file them or get the Dr to sign on whatever address you are producing. i am not sure yet if you have to do it for every address change or does it follow you

Common sense would dictate you would have to do it for only future moves again
They would just need the current address right? But it could just be fill out the front form again.... I never seen the form but the page that has your Addy and a sig

What a dick that guy is.
Every video and interview he does he clearly says that this case is about the defendants named and those covered by the mmar.
Except when he is pan handling for money. Then it effects us all past present and future.
Fuk him and everyone that looks like him.

Hypothetically if the Libs win next week wouldn't this and all future mj cases just get dropped or throw out?

He says vote out Cons so we can get legalization/decriminalization but please donate to me pleaaaase!

good point...the Allard case is for the 4 plaintiffs. if it truly was for ALL patients, we'd be able to change addresses etc. there wouldn't be a fight to prove we have standing.
if CONroy had one more plaintiff that needed changes, we wouldn't be in this mess and there would only be left outs for those that didn't renew

So CONroy spoke about section 53's. Now we have his legal opinion on them as we were looking for... For free to boot.

even though the only ones covered are MMAR the end result will be for EVERYONE not just the MMAR!!!!

why is the guy an asshole again???..I thought we got through this crap.....
The guy is trying..the only one that I see doing shit really.
.is it the way everyone should see it go...??

I think it has more to do with whats not known, he doesnt know shit either...or can he or would he say if he did...its in court!!!
No one at this stage of the game, has even an inclination of how its all going to go... Its a shit show...one huge one that wont end for years!!!!

Yeah.. legalization is the best thing that could ever happen to LPs.
Doesn't really matter after legalization as then we can all do what we want with the product. Most people are concerned about going to jail for growing a plant that helps them with their medical problem and not that the LP's shouldn't be around during legalization. All the big current LP"s have tires to some current or x gov official(s), they will be lobbying for legalization as MMPR is a failure and not a sustainable business model for a long period.

He is an asshole for asking everyone to donate to a cause that he has clearly said only applies to a select few people.
Even you have pointed out that me and everyone else that didn't get sick by a certain date are actually less than left outs.
He has been speaking out of both sides of his mouth since this bullshit case started.
He says he is fighting on behalf of patients and then says buy from lps.
Why would anyone donate to him ever again

ah no...you are interpreting that all wrong really.
The case is about the defendants!
The outcome will be for all!

what part did everyone miss???
being pissed and upset is one thing but being completely wrong about the way things are going is just out right nuts...
just my opinion is all

Agreed, the outcome of the Allard case will affect everyone. Not just the 4 clients of Conroy. This has been made clear numerous times, not sure why it keeps coming back up that it'll only affect the 4 involved in the case.

No I didn't interpret anything wrong.
A month ago u clearly said mmpr people weren't even left outs.
And conroy has been very clear that this is only for the defendants and those under the mmar that fit the exact same peramiters as the defendants.
It changes nothing for me or anyone after the mmpr came in.

I will concede that I am indeed a fair bit nuts tho
