If allard looses we all loose. If that happens, courts wont have to grant a injunction for the current people. There would be no grounds to do so...if anyone is going off of the cannabis culture tweets i highly suggest reading through the court dialogues, Much much different tune being played in the court room.

but Justin is and was in favour of C-51...that crosses him off my list.
just a fine is OK to me because it sounds like it'll be easier for the MMJ people..I am hoping!
Baby steps. Decriminalize then legalize. If it happens in one swift motion like jt wants only his buddy's will get to take advantage of the green rush. At least the ndp want to decriminalize and STUDY what's the next best move. Yeah it's a sin tax but cigs cost $17 a pack and a case of good beer is over $50. Not to mention 99% of us in the Canadian medical section won't be affected by decriminalization anyways. I think ndp are more likely to let mmj users grow then jt is.

If it goes bad for me......you can fuckin bet I'll do my best to make it NEVER work for them
If any weed I ever procure has any tax on it....it will sit where it is...FOREVER
I am one guy who WON'T ever allow them ( the establishment ) to make money off my smoke.
You think I'd just switch and become all friendly with a legal tax making system....keep dreamin.

If these asshole think they'll just switch us all over to their new money making scheme.....FUCK them in the ASS I for sure will

It's the peoples plant and already belongs to me.....and you....all all free people

If you cooperate you will get what you deserve.

Don't ever let these jail you before...tax you now greed bags get their way.

Don't they make you sick with their hypocrisy. I vomit by their ability to switch at the drop of a bank note.
Those cunts missed their chance in the 70's...been jailing us ever since . And now they like the money huh ??.
If anyone doesn't think this is the most disgusting of attitudes....then your a fucked ass too imo.

I hear you on not wanting to pay tax. You're a medical patient. You'll never pay tax and when the court cases finally end you'll be allowed to grow untaxed. This is honestly what I see happening. It's the rec market were talking about being taxed. It will happen all the U.S. States where it's legal charge tax. And all still have thriving bm to avoid paying tax!

Yup I'll ALWAYS be against anyone who tries to tax me or my weed....I'd quit it first Rec or Med.
Wagon jumping bandits......need not apply.
They missed the boat while they were busy trying to jail me.
I personally hope all profit seeking newcomers to this get a disease and die....that's how much I resent wagon jumping greed bags.....And if the BM makes money...well good on em to that. It's profit seeking newbie or previously established prohibitionists non smokers I want lynched.
Anyone who was against it but has no changed their tune due to my cash.....get sick and die a nasty death. You were and always will be my mortal enemy. And fuck cops too.

I don't want anyone , med or rec, paying tax......The greed bags missed their chance as they were too busy jailing us.
The depth of my hate for these New profiteers of weed is far to big for this forum. When I'm on your side...I'm like a rock of dependability, but when I've been wronged by stupid law enforcing ignorant folks...fuck you got an enemy for life...just the way I am.

I don't mind the idea of tax on rec weed if we ever get there. It would help our economy just like booze and no one really seems to mind paying it when buying booze.

I really don't buy booze.....I enjoy fuckin them around where ever I can. I don't need their stinking profit making booze.
I have a tax free better safer intoxicant...don't need them. They can tax booze until they can't afford it even....NOT gonna bother me one bit....I win again.

very true...different read from the transcripts...not such a slam dunk as the tweets lead us to believe.
i think if Allard loses, there will be an appeal with another or the current injunction in place (hopefully after we get our variance)

Ok so,you don't drink. Fair enough. If you were to brew your own you'd pay not tax on it either. If you're buying It at a store and it's fully legal to do so it will be taxed just like everything else. I hate tax as much as anyone. I do find it hard to believe if we go full recreationally legal that you wouldn't buy from a store at least once. But what do I know rumor is you haven't eaten a corn dog since 86'. Goat told me so.

we went to Washington and one of the stops was a rec MJ store...$23 a g and that wasn't the top end! good selection but if you are medical, they don't know anything that way...it's all about what gets you baked

Yeah, the C-51 thing pissed me off too. I'll vote for whomever has the best chance at beating the CON candidate. I was just pointing out the difference...legalization vs. decrim...as someone was (is?) confused.
