the tweets made it sound like we had a slam dunk and how could the judge not see through the Crown's garbage but in reading the transcript-it's no so cut & dry. a lot of things weren't tweeted that would have painted a better picture.
I think we have a good case but after reading some, the Crown didn't look so foolish...still did but not as much as we were led to believe

i will have to get back to you but if you read the first witness you'll get a feel of it. i think it was davey's testimony that was the first show how the tweets were off

Now maybe I'm blind but I don't see a fucking thing in that judgment that says only federally exempt patients are covered by this judgment. In fact it says medically authorized patients. So there you go mr lp misleading the public again!

Understand something, I know of clubs with more customers then LPs. These clubs are operating in home business's yet LPs spend millions. A building in GTA was bought for 10mil just for a LP application. LPs will not flourish what so ever, they will not strive in this business. If they are making money it's off of pump and dumps of there own stock. They pay employees peanuts and still lay off. Good luck LP applicants, only way to win would be a bug free greenhouse, yet again good luck.

NOW it all makes sense. Those motherfukers tanked once already and this explains their ignorance in taking a money focused approach to this whole endeavor i.e just keep throwing money at things and hope they eventually break even or even profit(fom MJ sales, NOT bilking investors)

I disagree, he can and should ATLEAST vary the injunction. There is nothing stoping him as a higher court agreed there would be ongoing harm to patients.

Following suit would be listening to the Supreme courts narrative of wide spread harm done to patients and the verdict they chose.

He isnt going to be the next target in ron ambroses line of fire.
He is following suit and will probably not make a decision before the election.
Him riding the cusif on this one is exactly what everyone else has done. Dragged their feet and took their time while people suffer.
Even if he gave his decision tomorrow it would automatically be appealled and it would still take forever.

You and i are on the same side and im sure we both want the same things to happen but that alone isnt going to make it so.

House burns down and forced to move, cant grow. SCOC decides to legalize edibles yet cant get increase on script. Shit, even if you do have edibles whats 150g? 6-8 cookies?(yes the scoc dictated that total weight counts as you cannot justify whats in the actual cookie)

I mean, considering i lapsed...i can grow but i cant posses?
