isn't that just as illegal as MJ? not sure why though..
Its because back in the 20's it was killing off to many industries with how many uses it had and all the rich cotton plantations were losing money because hemp was cheaper to grow n process.
So they pushed to have it made illegal for themselves to profit on cotton instead of canvas/cannabis

i forgot about that. i remember it was used for fabric and very cheap.

well I got me some land.... maybe I can start a hemp crop?
you need to have a minimum 10 acres to apply for a license, and a crim. check free of cdsa convictions.. the license is free and expires on Dec. 31.. also most cultivars require THC testing..

i just called Cannabis Culture and the woman i spoke to was so useless! didn't have a clue what I was talking about and she's "not the kind of person who would know that" whatever that meant & then hung up on me. i called back and she directed me to Eden Medicinal's.....?? the tweets come from Cannabis Culture.
i just called the number listed for the magazine and left a message
i still can't believe that girl at Cannabis Culture.....

i did send one to the guy who was tweeting from the courtroom for CC a while ago. let's see if he answers.
if i could get the time off, I'd go myself
