Just like people have been saying for the last how many years now? It was never meant to be a small potatoes venture...as soon as you needed a twelve feet thick vault, 24//video security archived...blah blah blah...well those things alone eliminated lots of hopeful little guys....

I'll repeat it, cannabis is a corporate crop now in Canada, with the mandatory sentences/MMPR the gov did a nice coupe to make it a commercial product. They took it from the plebs and gave it to corporations. Look how quickly MMPR went from We want any sizes of business involved to you ain't got 10-20Mil to invest you ain't getting shit and if you manage to make it on the cheap we'll just change the MMPR rules to rule you out.
Which is exactly why the mmpr will be found to be unconstitutional imo. Corporate profits aren't a valid reason to deny a freedom and they have failed to prove any harm.Setting up a system for recreational that allows for personal grows will be the next big challenge. I am pretty confident either the Libs or NDP will end the fight over medical grows, but there is no guarantee. Like gb said, the judges are the ones protecting us from Harper now....if he gets back in, we may have to protect the judges. Our best bet is for a minority (lib or ndp) so we have some leverage.

Transcripts you say? A little light reading before bed.
if you check Conroy's site on the MMAR Challenge page..go to the bottom. there are transcripts of evidence there from all the witnesses. i haven't looked to see if the stuff from the recent case is there yet
