The forums are at the bottom. A week ago it was a gong show with long and pumps saying to crazy shit about CEN getting their license, then CEN got denied, then they went ape shit how CEN will sue and win the license and blah blah. Its just weird seeing people act like that.

i am not sure if Sam Mellace got his license but he told me if it gets denied, he will sue as well. I believe HC is looking for reasons to deny instead of reasons to approve.

He didn't and says he is suing although they are making statements on their website that they are licensed to produce and sell which might like CEN will go against them. CEN one the other hand is a stock pumping scheme, just read up on its history.

The ruling in the federal case – in which four B.C. residents allege their constitutional rights were violated by the federal government when the personal-use grow-op program was shut down – isn’t due until the end of the year....end of the YEAR!!!

You could.
It would just take forever plus a day and cost you twice the script in lawyers fees.
Now i dont know what sticking your tongue out after winning and goin haha out loud in court is worth but it is close lol

one clause to it all is your limited 5 grams per day / 150grams(30 days) and use has to be related to an injury during service.

So ya can't have issues before ya sign the line and get them to pay for it

i posted this in thr wrong place..oops
well i filed my reply to the DOJ's reply to the motiion we filed to be able to move gardens. they claim it's the same as Conroy's but we are asking for immediate relief for anyone who needs changes to their PPL or DPL...as well as hopefully grandfather those from Sept 30 as well. fingers crossed we hear very soon! it'll be good for everyone & will include the "left outs"

So they/we subsidize up to 150g/month....why can't a vet or rcmp have a bigger script?

I suppose one could get a bigger script .... then ask for higher coverage ..... just more red tape I suppose.... it's annoying asking VAC for stuff that your able to receive because of your injury. Like physio if you need more than the allotted appointments which I did before MJ ... now I don't need to go to physio ....

Don't forget to get VAC mmj benefits you would have some injury.... I would rather do without and not be injured if that was the choice.
