I understand the extraction case was heard today by the SCOC. If anyone hears of the result post it up guys.

No rest for the weary. Massive push to finish Allard written arguments by Friday. Compassion club Charter challenge starting Monday. Garber, Newmarch, Sproule and Boivin v Canada (Allard type case in BCSC) needs a new Notice of Civil Claim and injunction application next week. Two weeks later I have to convince a judge that HC should disclose documents related to MedMe in that Charter challenge. No complaints though - these are fights we need to have and need to win.
