For medical patients yes....at least from what I understand.

But I bet mj will be the exception to that rule...do you have any idea how harmful mj is? That's the give part of this dance....

It is actually incredibly harmful... to the current fear and control regime.

Lets hope there is no special rule, and it gets treated like other NHP, at the least!

I really hope mj gets pulled from the cdsa...

I understand the extraction case was heard today by the SCOC. If anyone hears of the result post it up guys.

We don't give them the option. More than one law has died from non-compliance. Our very own version of an 'Arab spring' may not be far away without the marijuana issue having a part.

No rest for the weary. Massive push to finish Allard written arguments by Friday. Compassion club Charter challenge starting Monday. Garber, Newmarch, Sproule and Boivin v Canada (Allard type case in BCSC) needs a new Notice of Civil Claim and injunction application next week. Two weeks later I have to convince a judge that HC should disclose documents related to MedMe in that Charter challenge. No complaints though - these are fights we need to have and need to win.

Wow...I didn't realize there were that many fights happening at the same time...how ignorant I am...
