How are everyone doing? any updates?

Btw I've got a bit of a setback.
I just checked upon my final budded plant which I was supposed to chop in a week or two. Upon close examination when I separated the leaves to see the buds I ended up spotting a huge layer of white spider eggs laid there. (Guess it's my own fault coz I stopped spraying to avoid pesticide riddled buds but those eggs were quite dense)
That too on my top two colas where the fattest buds were there. Guess there's no quitting when it comes to taking care of the plant. Took my eyes off for 2 weeks and this happened!
So I took drastic action ... cleaned out the eggs and went full power with pesticides, kept a portable fan to dry out the bud so mold does not set in.... however I did end up shocking the plant... leaves are turning black and falling off and its not the same.
Buds still need to grow as the trichomes are still clear not white or amber.
Is there any natural way or any other method to stem this damage and get it back to normal?
mate i cant help you with your problem but just one thing you should be mindful of is the changing of trichomes from clear to amber in the indian strains... i found that with my indian strains it was always best to not wait for the trichomes turn amber and rather you should go by the stickiness of the buds...when i harvested...the buds i harvested when they were stickiest turned out to be the best ones....

the ones i waited to turn amber were not as good high wise....i realised that as the buds matured and the trichomes turned amber...they became less sticky and even the smell started fainting a bit...so if your buds feel sticky right now you might wanna chop one and see how it smokes....they might just be ready

Thanks bro will keep that in mind. Since its my first harvest its difficult to get a proper judgement when its an ideal time.
Also its difficult to keep track of trichomes... so the stickiness factor will help!
Thanks!!:weed:

Hey guys, a noob here. I stumbled on this page by accident and man, I'm glad I did! I read through all the pages and you guys seem like a brilliant lot! I'm surprised we don't have good quality shit in India when there are experts like you!

Anyway, i decided to give this a try from bag seeds after I got tired of looking for some good quality herbs, like the ones I used to get in Philly. The crap I get here (central Guj) is either Mexican brick kind or spiked with Afeem (that's what I've been told) or some other shit. Either ways, it's crap and/or harmful. I like pure, organic stuff and I haven't been able to come across anything like that in ages. Hence, I've decided to grow my own organic herbs for personal/medicinal use.

I would like to get on it asap but I was wondering if I would be able to do it right away, since the monsoons are on. I have decided to practice on bag seeds for now, and need only 1 plant as it is going to be for person consumption. I have a huge garden with 6ft. walls all around, though the property is in a bustling society. The only person who would notice the plant is my gardener, so i have decided to grow outdoors. I have kept the seeds in damp tissue to germinate. So my question to you is, am I on the right track?

Thanks to all those who have posted before and particularly to elchupacabra for starting the thread and blackhawk for your valuable inputs!

I think you should post in http://rollitup.org/f/marijuana-plant-problems.65/ for help

also This website really has helped me. Im having problems of my own with a very amazing looking indian sativa and in my case its the PH which caused Mag deficiency. Thats what looks like till now and I will be trying to fix it so lets see how it goes.

maybe get a ph pen and check the ph of your run off? and check that website for possible problems.

Well since it showed its sex in oct end - it would have stretched for 10-15 days atleast after that - so im guessing it would be in full flowering since 10-15 november - its only been 1.5 months since then - so maybe another 1-1.5 months

post some closer bud shots if you can

Best I could get !
Will post closer shots soon
1.5 months !!!!! im gonna forget about it in that much time :p
Guess I'll just have to wait !
