i tried using birth control pills a few times, but you have no idea of how hard it is to get them to open up and say ahh, and swallow that damn lil pill..

yup any ole BC will work as far as i know. just don't use the off week ones. i nearly just use it after sprouting or cloning a few waters to give it a suggestive boost towards feminization. best of luck
