I Want to Solicit Some Opinions

Attached is a picture of my current plant. I was told in a previous post that my setup is less than ideal for growing pot. Please look at this picture and consider the following; I cloned this plant while it was flowering because of my inexperience, it got some pretty bad nutrient burn when I potted it in its current container, I only used my own compost as fertilizer, and it was grown entirely under tube fluorescents.

This plant looks a hell of a lot bushier than my first run. Does this plant look "leggy" to anyone? I would like some feedback on how I am doing with this grow. With that said, the first thing I'm doing with my next grow is getting bigger pots. This plant didn't grow as tall as I would have liked.

All feedback, even harsh, is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

One can only tell so much from one picture nothing close, but from what can be seen it appears large and healthy. I does not appear to be in flower. If its not it will take a lot of florescent to light that thing.

There are a number of threads on florescent lighting it would be beneficial to look there.

You're right. My picture was shitty. I need clearer and closer pics for the validation I seem to crave. Here are some somewhat better pics. It is flowering, but it has only been on 12/12 for about 2-3 weeks. Any input is appreciated.

Oh ya it is startin to flower. Looks nice and big not too stretchy, but also very thin looking stems. If you get big buds that will fall over because its not sturdy like it should be. If you don't already have one, put a fan blowing on it to strengthen.

Good advice here.
It does look a bit stretched, how much lighting do you have?
I would guess its needing a bit more - but again, just a guess.

Looks fine for fluorescents. I have cloned from a flowering plant and it just takes a lot longer to start growing. They also get crazy branchy like that.

Thanks for the advice. Does misting the plants with water everyday help? I noticed it weighs down the branches and they'll sag. Unfortunately, I found this out after the plant was nearly full grown.

I don't think it makes a big difference unless your room is crazy dry. Then it might not be a bad thing. If you are talking foliar feeding I think most people do it weekly at most. I don't do either but I am no expert

I am short of lighting recommendations I have found. My setup works, but it's not ideal. I am using only tube fluorescents. I am thinking about upgrading once this plant finishes.

I do it mainly for the added weight of the water on the leaves and theoretically to make them stronger. I've been doing it daily for about 3 weeks with no bad effects.

For what your working with, that plant looks fine. look into some training and lst , even scrog threads. Some of those methods may improve your results..

What's lst?

LST = Low Stress training.
Basically bending & restraining the growing tips & branches to help even out the canopy.

Don't.
Unless your RH is at 10% and you notice low humidity issues, or you're doing a foliar feeding, quit sprayin' your plants. You'll thank me when you avoid the giant mold problem you're setting yourself up for.

Some people foliar feed with nutes in the water but only before lights go off. If lights are on when you spray it can burn the leaves. Each drop is a little microscope.

what do you mean by "leggy" ?
that bitch looks danm good for as old as she is with only floro's an compost !

she looks as if she is gonna be eatin a lot. an she is gonna need plenty of light cause of how big she is.

floro's are hard to get enough to produce big fruit , but can be done. ive seen plenty.

Thanks man. This made my day. I got the impression from other threads that fluorescents were only good for starting clones. I am now considering an upgrade depending on how this plant yields. My setup is pretty much all captured in this pic.
