Yes. I prefer to work with licensed medical growers simply because of investor issues, but I am more interested in the data. We can work something out. I will need to visit regularly, and do the initial set up. In return for your help and data, I will give you the lighting system and software after 2 harvests. We will have to do the mutual Non-disclosure/non-compete paperwork to keep my lawyers happy, and you safe from legal issues.
