hps to cfl

i got a 400watt hps i usefromstart tofinsh but i wanted to putacoupleplants into flowering tokeepem small and the2 i wanna start flowering iput in my grow box but i only have 1 hps soi gotlike 8 27 wattcfls and theyarent reallygrowingsince iputem under thecfl whats the deal

not enough light. they hadbetter lighting be4 nowthey have to addjust to the cfl'.now if you were to gp fromcfl's to hps you would see growth right away.
