I need advice from professionals for indoors

Hello all fellow weed smokers.
If you can, as a novice who has already grown some plants in the past with good results, I would need advice from true expert indoor growers to start my new cultivation and not make mistakes to obtain a satisfactory harvest.
My situation is this:

-11 royal moby feminized seeds.
( royal queen seeds )

-Growbox measures 120x120x200.

-400watt hps lamp.

-LONG GLOSS 50 V Hammered Reflector 50x50cm

-No ventilation system.

-Bio bizz light mix soil and biobloom fertilizer for flowering. ( I still have to buy these two )

My plan was to grow 4 plants in 13 liter pots using the lst and defoliation techniques whit 12 hours of light straight from the start of planting to save on electricity and make plants flower faster.
Searching for information online I discovered that I can put at least 6 plants in smaller pots with 400watts and that I can give the plants a vegetative period of 3 weeks with 18 hours of light even using my 400watt lamp for flowering and then change the light to 12 hours after 3 weeks to make both the plants and the final harvest grow bigger, because it seems that 12 hours straight from seed produces lower yields

My questions are these:

-Will I get a better harvest with 6 plants in small pots or 4 plants in medium pots with the equipment at my disposal, using lst and defoliation on feminized photoperiodic royalmoby plants that are 70% sativa and 30% indica?
(Taking into account that I don't have a ventilation system for the growbox because I have to save on electricity at the moment and keeping a 400watt hps lamp on is already a considerable cost, so I will have to circulate fresh air by keeping the door of the growbox semi-closed leaving the top part open and occasionally opening it completely for air exchange.)
-Would 6 plants have enough air and light to grow properly?
-For 6 plants how many liters should the pots be under a 400watt hps , and how many hours of light should I give them?
-Biobizz light mix soil + biobloom fertilizer is good for the flowering plants indoor?
-Do you also have advice on how to circulate air well in the growbox without a ventilation system?
-What would you do to maximize the final harvest if you had the equipment and the seeds at my disposal?

Thank you very very much if you can answer

A couple pieces of advice, I don’t think 3 weeks in veg is quite enough, I’d look at more like 4-6 weeks, depending on how they’re doing. With that short of a veg time, 3 gallon (12 liter) pots will be fine. You should be able to get six plants in that tent (it’ll be tight). You are going to need an exhaust fan, period! At a minimum you’ll need an oscillating fan. Without good ventilation your risk of PM and bud rot is extreme. Give them lots of light, you could go 24 hrs. a day, but 20/4 or 16/8 are both good veg times. They’ll grow faster with more hours of light. I’m not familiar with the soil or nutes. Best of luck, I’m sure you’ll get more advice.

It's all.about how much light you can put in a spot not how many plants. Get a good light and fill the tent, 4 plants, 6 plants won't change your yield. Theirs only so much light to push without harming them so only so much to convert to growth

So do you think 6 plants in small 5 or 7 liter pots using the lst technique with a 400watt hps can yield a good harvest? would they have enough light to flower abundantly? or would I have a greater harvest with 4 plants in 12L pots?
I would prefer to make a larger number and smaller and shorter ones if they can produce larger flowers instead of making 4 large and taller ones but with smaller flowers. As Billy wrote, perhaps a 400watt hp is not very powerful for the 120x120x200 growbox, but it is the only one I can afford for now. For ventilation I could use a small battery-powered fan to put inside the tent.

If your planning for quickest turn around then plant them all.

You need a ventilation system, they don't use that much power.

No point growing if your going to lose it all to PM or bud rot or herms from heat stress.

If you want to only use 400w light in a 4x4 then an LED would be far better but if you can afford one then stick with what you have and work with 3x3 of your space.

6 plants will yield the same as 3 plants with 400 watts. Each plant without pushing co2 would be real happy with 170-210 watts dedicated to her for optimal growth. 150 per plant is ok. Absolutely no point in putting anything more than 4 pots under a 400 watt light... the 4th is already kinda of pointless but 4 looks better than 3 early on lol
