@Alienwidow

9 plants, 30-48gr producing Auto's in a 2x2. Their in plant warrior #1's. I have a former patient that does that with Sugar Mango Ryder (World of seeds) Auto's and his average yield is around 390gr with a 250w....Nice numbers really!

I suggested this exact thing to some one else with a 2x2 area and wanting max output...

Yes weve already covered the fact that 9 plants is a perfect 3x3 square. What i meant was why run 3 or 5 plants when you can run 4 or 6.

They sprouted on 10/17 switched to flower on 1/6. So about the same. Damn. I must have some short phenos
You should have seen how big those heads got. I run co2 though also. And i grow them for height because of the high ceilings

Love it. Yea my max possible height up to the glass on my hoods is about 6 and a half feet. Tallest plant was last crop at about 6 feet.

Hang vertically and you should be able to put a bunch around it. Realistically under hood you get four. Stragglers on the edge will look just like that, stragglers. The question you ask is not really answersble so many variables and the sound of desperation

I would definitely do even numbers in a 2x2, lol. I think most of the time I stick to 4/8/12/ or 16 plants. The only time I really ever do odds is in a 3x3 or 5x5. I just ran 12 in my 3x3 ended up keeping 6.

I like to think 1 or two plants per foot depending on how long you want to veg.

The thing is that the Plant warrior pots will fit 9 in a 2x2 and the Short Auto fills the area like a carpet at late bloom - just what a good SOG should be......

I agree though. Just that when this patient left my CG ring he had worked at an op of mine and learned like a sponge....he date's a young lady who I consider one of the best young growers I've ever seen (My #1 employee). She has spent countless hours absorbing notes that I have kept, covering decades of runs.....She looked at his space and they did the first "run" like that together as teacher and student and I have to admit that I was really impressed with their results! He just keeps doing the same thing! Not that he needs to with Tom-Tom as his GF but, he loves to grow - wonder how that happened..

Never done a 5x5.

3x3 best harvest 1.8(600hps)
3x4 (sunhut 2x4) best 2.6(600hps)
4x4 best 3.9(1k hps edit this run may have been with a dual hood with a 400w mh and 600w hps)
4x8 best 10(not as great as it sounds was running 2600 watts, 2 x 1k and 1 X 600)

Then I've done a couple rooms with rows of 5x20 that averaged about 3-4.5 per 5 X 5(occasionally would pull 5s)
