So you not like odd numbers?
I have 5 under my 1000w....but I have another 5 right next to them under another 1000w so you get your damn even number. All in 7 gallon pots though.
Thats funny because thats what i was saying  the point is that some people grow three or five under one light. With two lights you get cross lighting for the plants in the middle so two rows will do good in seven gal, the two middle plants will do ok, but the 8 on the outside under the light more, usually do better than the middle ones i find.

So here's a visual idea for you. This is a 4 x 8 tent, 2 1000w lights. 10 plants in this area that were topped and supercropped. This was around week 4 of flower. Ignore the paper bags, they are covering pollinated branches.

Ya you got me on that one ;) i totally forgot about that one, and now that you pointed it out 25 would probably work too. I just got my ass kicked by square roots. Im so ashamed.
Ime, even or odd number of pots has to do with whatever size pots you're using and how many you can fit in your space lol. I moved from pots to soil beds a long time ago, before switching over to 100% hydro.

Thats kinda strange. They dont look centered at all under the lights. This is how i run ten 7gallon plants under two lights.. image.jpeg
Thats 12 but you get the idea. I think with your set up id run 4 600s in two lines. Seems like youd have more coverage in that tent. Plants look good though.

Thanks, and yes, they are very hard to get centered. I rotate them to the right and up (towards me) every watering. With their bulky size it's hard to center them. I wish I could scrap the tent and drill anchors in the ceiling for my lights but I'm a renter so I can't :(

30 day veg = 4 pots 5 gallon/6 pots 3 gallon
60 day veg = 4 pots 7 or 10 gallon
75+ day veg = 2 pots 15 gallon

75 day veg was the easiest for me as i only had to water two plants and got about 350-450 grams a plant depending on what i was running at the time but vegging takes just as long if not longer then flowering.

this is 9 girls 3 gal pots in my space at start of 12/12
Then thats not "big girls" lol. I was just stating what config i have ran under 1kw bulbs. I like 2 girls 1000w. Keeps things simple when you dont need a harvest every 3 months.
need good harvest.lol. bigger pots next grow..longer veg...shootin for pound or more..off 6...was jus looking at seeds..im thinking critical jack,,blue dream.....what do you get off the 2 dude?

Usually in the 700-1000 gram mark depending on strain and how well the grow goes in my environment. My yields will never be the same unless i start taking cuts again.

It doesn't matter how many. 100 small straight to flower clones or 1 big girl scrogged out. You still have the same square footage of light, it just depends on much time you wanna spend vegging. As long as your grow skills are solid, 2lbs per light is very possible.
man im doing 1p 6 ounces with with a 600 ;)
