How important is Up-Potting (Indoor Soil Growers)

well sure, but in nature does anybody feed them?
no
what about harvest them?
no
take all the leaves off?
no
put them in plastic containers and grow them indoors under lights?
no
in nature annual plants rely on the previous yrs detritus to "feed" the plant.
if we are going to talk about all that, it's all fine, but not really relevant.

Sup buddy I may not know much about growing ....but I do know that transplanting in most cases is unnecessary ....it only causes stress on your ladies ...WHY PUT STRESS ON THE VERY THING THAT HELPS RELIEVE YOURS ....(just a little input , experienced individuals carry on)#$AinT

a little stress does not hurt them at all. In fact most of us deliberatly stress the plant. Re-potting, pruning, topping, SCROGs, Super cropping etc etc etc

Bro leave it at "i don't know much about growing" you dont.

if you put a seed in an enormous pot right away you have to be very careful how you water, you can easily get dry pockets and/or over water. they will also just sit there for close to a week while it tries to establish a network of roots to support itself before it will start to show significant growth above ground

You guys may be right but different strokes for different folks

I have a house two kids ect. They start in solo cups then go to their permanent 5 gallon pot! I dont have time for all that finicky prissy shit but if you do then by all means waste your time up potting.

transplanting is essential,,,,knowing when to do it takes a bit of experience,once again you have shown your ignorance
