How Bad Will it Stink?

If you grow 1 plant in a garage of a two story twin brick house where the garage is in the front of the house under the kitchen the garage is only accesable from outside threw garage door their is no door inside the garage that leads to the house.

just asking because Ive grown but the smell is never strong to me and i only smell it in the grow room but some of my peoples are complaining saying it smells upstairs.So I am thinking about growing a plant in a cardboard box in the garage I will use a big cardboardbox as a grow tent I plan on vegging for 5-6 weeks and growing in a 5 gallon pot soil.So if i grow in garage how bad will it smell will it stink the house up or just the garage im thinking because it will be in a cardboard box with some airholes in it it will only smell a little in the garage what you think??

depends on the strain, some will stink up the driveway, and your house, even if it is in the garage.

im not sure of the strain but its a clone i took and i plan on reverting to vegging stage after i harvest my two girls.Me myself i can never smeell the plant unless im in the same room as it the chemical stink they give off thats why im asking. the plant is indica dominant for sure it might be blue dream im not sure though it has a real fruitty peepples blueberyy type smell when you touch a bud and smell your finger.i dont what it to smell anything up so if its gonna smell to bad ill just get some ice seeds

I made the mistake of growing Skunk in my closet years ago in a Phototron and one day I left for work smelling a pleasant light odor. Came home from work after a steamy day and my apartment and the units hallway upstairs reeked of some nasty Skunk shit. It has the power to turn whole houses into a funk factory. Some strains have relatively low odor but ALL plants will give off some odor. If you have a garage I'd suggest a tent and a fan/filter combo or look into making Ona Buckets. Also there are a couple of good reviews on a product called Gonzo, which are 2lb bags of fine porous Volcanic crystals.

anybody known of any good potent strains that wont stink everything up northernlights??? would a northern lights plant stink everything up?? am i the only one who dosent think these plants stink i only smell them when im close to them like standing over them dont no why everybody else says they stink up whole house

plants stink even less when they are absolutely happy with their environment i have found
i didn't think mine had any odor at all (except when handled roughly, then they stunk bad for a couple of hours) until i harvested the upper bits of them....then o boy....wow....

nope i dont smoke cigs i dont smoke bud everyday either sometimes only once every couple weeks but i would like to grow without stinking up the house even though i wont smell it except if im in the same room as it its just the old lady complaining saying it stinks so i guess ima just grow some northern lights in the garage and keep it my little secret i heard this strain has very low odor when growing and very potent

When I transplant even non flowering plants I can smell the strongest smell of weed ever. Or when I move my big ones.

Search ONA buckets. They're easy, cheap and work well.
