Thats a polyploid possibly my man the bud mutation is called fasciation caused cos extra genes but there is viruses and bacterium that can cause it as well its a funky looking one up there with the one with buds shooting from the middle of leafs
It is an interesting looking plant. The smell is fantastic on that one. They need a week more on most one needs two or three. I have cut em down now though, I have to decrease my plant count cause the other bitches felt like flowering on 14 hours light. I wanted to veg them another 2 weeks but thats ok.
