Sounds like you are on your way to having things under control.

I used to do DWC, and tried Molasses which had similar results as you. It would be ok for the last days till harvest.

Since you have the Hydroguard, you might as well stick with it especially considering your temps.

Keep in mind that Maxigrow is strong, and the package instructions does not reflect your setup. I suggest starting off at 1/8th tsp per gal, and watch your plants closely in what they tell you. I also suggest keeping ph close to 6.

Btw: You can use Maxigrow throughout the whole grow if you want to. I use Maxibloom throughout the whole grow.

Wish you would have wrote this a day sooner, last night I cleaned the system and added the new water with maxigrow and hydro guard in it. Then ph'd.
I added a little less then have a teaspoon, hopefully plants take it well, haven't been home all day to look at them. But then again my Rez is about a gallon and a quarter water. So I may be good. Just so glad I got the root rot off and those shitty nutes out and my shit sterile. I have a way to control temps better now with a fan and some ice packs. Also I introduced LST to the plant recently, I'll post some pics later tonight here to show ya! Thanks man
