Yeah i was thinking my next light would be a 400w HPS. That way I could set up a veg room with my T-5 once another space opens up, and use my 400w hps to flower.

Thats what I love about lights. If you get a new one you can always use the old ones somewhere. Its why I don't worry too much about dropping a couple hundred dollars on one XD

Added 4x 23w CFLs, 2x 26w CFLs. Think it will make a difference? Also added an 8" fan (which is a 2nd fan, the other one is bigger) which isn't very powerful but perfect for what I want right now.14 - 1 62914.png

Overall lighting 12x CFL's (mostly 23w, a few 26w), 4x 54w tubes. I think my lights are about 70% red/30% blue.

Also this is probably one of the most novice questions i'm gonna ask, and i'll research it too but i'm looking for opinions, but my humidity is 58%. Is that OK or should i get a dehumidifier to drop it a few %? My main concern is mold, or with my current setup should I not worry about mold?

Actually my humidity dropped to like 50-51%, I only got my humidity % meter today and it was only in there for like 30 minutes before I took my first "reading." When I added the extra 6 CFL's my temperature did not increase at all, which pleased me. But it also could have been because like I said I added a 2nd fan when I added them. I trained some of the colas that werent getting light from my T-5 to hover around the CFL's in the middle to make them hopefully more useful. Pretty happy with how this grow is going, and I know the next one will be way way better!

Hey so I found out my humidity has been climbing 80%+ at night(Lights off), with temps right around 80. I have 3 fans running and there is currently constant airflow on each plant. Do I have to worry about mold? Should I run a dehumidifier at night? Humidity seems to be between 50-60 with lights on/door open

Its from the plants.cause mine does it to.when I close up tent for night.I turn out my lights at 6:30.so at 11:30 before I go to sleep I open the tent when its dark to get fresh air in.

If you cant do that you have to set up some flex duct with fan
I'm gonna try leaving the closet door like 2.5in open through the night and i'm going to keep all 3 fans on during the night and i'll see how that goes. Previously i've had no fans on and the closet door closed through the night. If this doesnt make a difference maybe i'll just add an exhaust fan at the top of the open closet at night or find a dehumidifier. Since I added a 3rd fan my temps are running like 75F, but it is a colder day so that could be, never the less its the coldest my closets been in a while and I dig it. Cant wait to start my next grow in a few months, it will seriously out perform this one. I made a lot of novice mistakes, not enough light earlier, light falling, heat stress, humidity, etc... that I can easily pay much more attention to in the future.

And when should I start a flush? In a week or two? I'll add a few pics of each plant later to try and get a few opinions on my flush/harvest timeline

Lol so my isolated top plant seems to have a spider around it somewhere. It hasnt had an opportunity to create webs thicker than 1-2 strings here and there so i've been able to remove them, but I hope I find the mofo XD. Any tips?

Found that article very interesting. Some great info about trichomes

Also cant believe I found the spider that was on that lonely top plant. It was a black bulky penny sized dude, relocated him without harming him. I wanted to smush it where it was standing but I just couldn't get myself to kill it lol
