Flowering stunted!! Can't find an answer anywhere!!

Hi Everyone, I really need help. I can't find an answer or a reason this happens to me anywhere.
To keep it simple. My plants will grow and thrive thru veg and for the first 2 -3 weeks of flowering and then I seem to run into problems. This current group of plants were awesome. The grew quick and developed a very leafy appearance. I was happy with their progress. They budded on time and began to develop flowers, then the bud just seem to quit developing properly. The pistils almost seem to vanish and the bud becomes "pod like" in appearance, but no male seeds. The bud looks bumpy on top, which I think are just calyx's lacking white pistils, and develops a shell like texture on top. It ususally starts with the top cola. It is really strange. Normal bud would continue to grow and develop pistils these seem to look like a group of pod like calyx looking things with very few hairs. The leaf also thickens around the bud. I need help!!! The pistils fade away when they should be growing. It appears to be stunted in some way or another. I do have some leaf curl but I have seen this before with no problems. Is is salt build up??Phosphorus lock out??

Here is my info;
30 days flowering
Purple and Pink Kush
RO'd water
PH 6.2-6.5 _nute solution
Note: I alternate water and food
GH Flora Series
Sweet by Botanicare (Flowering only) at 1/2 strength
Cal Mag Plus (flowering) 1/2 strength for the RO water
PRO-Mix HP- I mix in dlomite lime to stablize PH 4 cups per bale
3 and 4 gallon pots
1000 watt HPS
-The nute solution is set between 450 and 900 depending on the week of flowering. -I water with no runoff so I keep the ppm lower.
-Good intake and exhaust

I have 2 sides, one has excellent climate control, the other where my main problem is does not have a/c or heat. I do use heaters but on colder nights the temp can drop . The temps are usually OK. I tend to see a 15- 25f swing from day to night.

I thought this was a lock out of some kind or a PH problem. I am stumped. My pics are not great for some reason they are not clear. I hope I have descibed them well

Pro Mix HP with 4 cups of Dolomite Lime mixed well,
per bale

Put them on photobucket and put a link if your having trouble.
Also sounds like heat burn, but i have no idea without pics. You could be frying off the hairs and scorching the top until its "shell-like" or crispy.

The Pics are blurry for some reason, I don't know why.

I have this happen before in a different room, so I am not sure its heat related. I just finished a crop in the same room and it was OK. The changes from my last crop to now are this;

added a RO system, my water was hard and PPM were at 600 out of the tap, but we managed some how.
-began using Cal Mag Plus at 1/2 strength
-ncreased my PPM sooner than before.
-Foliar fed with Folitech Bloom and Max once a week
-added Dolomite Lime to my Pro Mix

Someone must have had this happen to them?? Where the flowers did not develop as they should?? As I said they look like calyx with very few hairs. The hairs did change on some of these current plants early as well.

just askin cause there barley any buds and the alot of the hairs are turnin amber. Give us over veiw of temp humidity any thing lately that could of omitted stress.

They are blurry so i cant tell but they look great. If they are burnt on top they will be crispier than the rest which should be sticky and moist. Got good circulation? I see a fan, whats the temperature of the room?

When you alternate to water only you need to let it run out to leach the old ferts out. You will see the runoff is very yellow from the built up nutes. Do you flush before you flower? You should flush before flower because you are changing to flower nutes from the veg nutes. Sounds like a toxic buildup in your buckets. Check the runoff to see how strong it is and that will give you a idea of whats going on! Kush strains are not heavy feeders in my experience. I never go over 800ppm with my Bubba or any Kush strains even in late flower. If temps stay between 65 and 85 degrees you are fine and thats not a issue. Most likely its a nute issue. Flowers cant grow when the plants system is locked out. The recomended NPK for veg is 10-10-10 and for flower its 10-30-20. If the buds dont get enough P and K they will do wierd stuff too! Good luck with your grow. Peace Out!

Temps are betweem 77 and 82F and the humidity where I live is low. It sits at about 40% daytime and may go oto 60% at night. Humidity is great. As I said I have had a couple of cold snaps where temps dipped to 50F or a little lower. But they should be Ok through that. My res temp is always above 60F. Plenty of circulation and air exchange. Could it be the NUte mix?? What I am using??

You are right about being ready. The one pic is a 49 day Purple Kush that showed some of the same problems but it did not happen until week 5/6. The other 3 pics are 30 day purple KUsh.

P.S, they look like someone took a dump on my cola's

PHosphorus does not absorb in Soilless mediums unless your PH is 5.8 or lower?? Is that true? Well that is a problem. The other day I did a runoff test. I set the PH to 7 on plain water and the PH came out at 6.5-6.3 on the run off. PPM varied from 500 to 900

I alternate water and nutes. I used GH Flora Series. See my first post.

I REALLY need a better pic of the bud itself. I think you will see the problem much better.
I forgot to mention that the newer leaves are folding inwards. Almost like they are folding in half .
