Well, you dont really need a scope to see pistils.. you just probably gotta wait a few more days

Well, all 3 Bubblicious turned out to be males - cut them down last night and got rid of 'em... Oh well - i'm almost positive all the remaining plants are female.

Beth, Doris and Deb are the females!

Sorry its been so long since the last update... things appear to be gowing well - still growing alot but not showing alot of pistils yet.... will be going into the 8th week this Thursday which will be two weeks flowering, so I guess I just need to be patient.

Giving about 2/3 strength nutes at the moment...

Okay - gonna do a picture update tonight after feeding time! I'm getting pistils on all 3 now, so there's no longer any question - the remaining are all guaranteed girls. Hopefully I can get some good closeups of each. Growth looks to be slowing down as well so i'm getting ready for some buds and increased smell..

Pictures were taken last night but after some issue with my camera, I forgot all about posting them up on here! lol.... I'll try to get them uploaded tonight.

Everything seems to be going good - I'm thinking about adding some sort of bud booster to my feedings to try and squeeze out a bit of a higher yield... haven't decided yet. Any suggestions of what I could get to help? Should I maybe try molasses?

:leaf: Lots of pics to post tonight! All 3 plants are doing very well - most of these pictures are a regular shot followed by a closeup of the previous pic. :leaf:

...as always, please comment on how they look. If I should be seeing more bud growth at this point, or if anyone notices any deficiencies - go ahead and let me know your thoughts! :)

Those are some beautiful ladies you have there. :hump:
Everything looks A - OK to me.
Buds will start getting bigger and bigger everyday now.
Good luck man

I've done some comparing on this site to others who are growing the Barney's Blue Cheese strain and it seems like mine should have bigger bud-sites at this point.... I'll take some more pics tonight and if you can, please post and let me know if I should be worrying or doing something different to get bigger growth.... cheerz! :leaf:

Sorry for such a LATE post - work has been busy and now i'm switching jobs again...

Well, I should only have about 5 more weeks of flowering before harvest time... we'll see. I don't have 'optimal' grow-room conditions (ventilation and fresh-air intake isn't the greatest), so that may be a factor. Either way, I'm patient and will let them go as long as necessary before chopping time.

Enjoy the latest pics and again, feel free to comment.

Anyone think I should be trimming some of the big fan leaves yet at this point? I've been trimming some of the ones that turned yellow on me, but mostly everything is still green - some leave tips are starting to turn yellow but not many...

I've heard its better to leave them, they are the solar collectors that provide energy to the plant. Unless they come right off easily when you pull on them. But I am no expert.

Ladies are looking good man! :peace:

I haven't updated for quite some time, so here's some pics of what the girls look like right now.

As always, I think they're behind and should have bigger buds at this point... can you guys comment on that? I put a few pics of my nutes in there as well...

Thanks! :leaf:

I apologize for leaving everyone hanging.... I thought I should at least close up this journal with some pix of the harvest.

We ended up with ~1.5 oz dry after 1 week of hang-drying. As you can see in the pix, they spent another few weeks in the mason jars curing...

- The Dreamtime plants were quite surprising - a very nice smooth smoke with a slightly citrusy taste and a 'creeper' high that hits you gradually at first and then floors you about 10 minutes later...very nice! (insert Borat accent)

- The Blue-Cheese smokes quite heavy but has amazing flavor and a very potent stone... almost too overwhelming in a Kingpin blunt..lol.. I can't wait to try this one again!

Cheerz! :leaf:
