Thanks Tatan! I tried to give you +rep but I guess I already gave you rep not long ago so it told me I couldn't give you any more again yet...lol.

Well, tomorrow will be my 3 week mark - looks like i'm in for a lengthy veg period, most likely will stretch the whole 8 weeks at this rate... but that's fine as long as they stay healthy and are always showing signs of new growth...

Do you think introducing some organic fertilizer to the soil-mix in my final repotting would be a good idea? (bat guano, blood/bone-meal or something) I heard that should help increase growth, and my soil-less medium is pretty plain (promix) having no nutrients, just the peat-moss and perlite.....
It sounds like a good idea, your plants will like that :weed:

Yay! My plants all turned 3 weeks old today, and all 6 are doing awesome.... i'm so happy with how this grow is going so far! Each plant has really taken on it's own 'personality' and shown how unique they are with specific characteristics and such. The vertical growth is not massive considering they are 21 days into the veg cycle (minus a few days when they were not yet under the 400w..), but I anticipate more rapid growth now that they're well past the baby stage and really starting to get bushy! I upped the nutes in today's watering to about 65-70% of the recommended dosage - there still haven't been ANY signs of too much or too little nutes OR water... so I'm very thankful, and have taken care to keep the water's pH down in the 6.5 - 6.8 range consistently as well. Our tap water is about 7.8 - 8.0 pH out the faucet, so i've been having to pH down my water pail almost every day between waterings (every 3 days) in order to keep it down....but totally worth it.

Well, enuf yammering.... here's the updated pix! As always, bring on the comments and observations'n such

Pic #1 - Alice
- Finally Alice is showing me that she will definitely grow out of her deformity....eventually. Nice growth on her this past weel though! I'm happy, she's happy....it's all good so far!

Pic #2 - Barb - Barb was looking a hell of alot smaller only 3 days ago... she's still the runt, but every time I visit the plants, she causes me to 'double take', as I swear she looks a bit bigger each time I check! Still got the perfect symmetry goin on....love it!! :weed:

Pic #3 - Candy - Things are looking bushy inside on this plant - Candy has some wierd branches growth underneath the top growth and is looking like she could metaphorically 'burst' open at any time.... looks like one of these days she'll expand suddenly and make daddy proud! The genetics on these Bubblicious plants are definitely not perfect...

Pic #4 - Doris - My Dreamtime plants are starting to shown some uniqueness to them - Doris is starting to appear to have a heavy 'Skunk' distiction to her. Her leaves are giving off a sweet skunky smell which is noticeable different from the other Dreamtime plant, Deb....

Pic #5 - Deb - Deb's not a 'Skunk' I don't think - her leaves are much more narrow than Doris. Now that she's a bit older, she's gotten alot darker green than about 4 days ago, as she was a much lighter green at one point compared to the other plants and I was a tad worried for awhile that I may have over-watered her. Great constant new growth from her center though - always something new on the way it seems!

Pic #6 & #7 - Beth - Out of all 6 plants, Beth is still the grand-champ! Her leaves are always 'glossy green' looking it seems, and the growth is perfectly symmetric. Right now, the pairs of leaves in the past two nodes are almost exacctly the same size and width - from the top looking down, it's a perfect square from leave tip to leaf tip.... yes, i've got BIG plans for Beth - there will be a LARGE party if she truly ends up being female...and she was a feminized seed, so I'm giving her special attention as to not stress her at all... NO HERMS ALLOWED!!! :joint:

Okie....that's it for likely another 3-4 days at least! The playoffs have started, so I may not do another pic update until next Thursday - we'll see....STAY TUNED!!!

UPDATE since last night's watering and feeding, the plants are looking awesome this morning! It looks like Deb is turning a bit of a lighter green again - just like she did a week ago... not sure if it's anything to be concerned about though...

Wow, it's pretty quiet in here!! :) I hope that means there aren't any negative comments or things that i'm blatantly doing wrong....lol. I'm very happy with my plants' health so far - zero problems and always new growth coming up.... still not really impressed with how tall they are at this point, but I can wait for them to get big - it's not a race, i know...

I'll be doing a picture update this evening... please come back later and check it out!!!!

Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this grow so far... looks like i'll need to be patient and give them possibly a little extra time to enter pre-flowering. Oh well, I'm not in any hurry and I can tell they are gaining alot of inside growth which will make them nice and bushy. :hump:

I gave the kids their very first foliar feeding this morning... used my left over water from last night's feeding and diluted it down a bit first. We'll see what they think of it - I raised the light a about 1.5" just in case the moisture on the leaves needs a little less heat to absorb it properly... :)

.... the kids are really starting to have a B.O. problem...lol...in a good way though! I can only imagine what it will smell like once they are budding, with the Blue Cheese and the sweet Bubblicious odors mixed... not sure what the Dreamtime ones will smell like. Everything just smells skunky right now as they are hardcore vegging. :)

...I plan to do a picture update either tonight or tomorrow night, as tomorrow is their 1-month (4 week) anniversary! Yay - made it through the first whole month without ANY signs of stress thus far!!! As always, I still think they could be taller at this point but I`m not going to complain... they are a bit bigger everytime I check on them! ....most of them will be hitting close to 6" vertical by tomorrow evening I think, and all of them are getting nice`n bushy and wide! Sorry to go on and on... i`m just darned proud! lol... :leaf:

....hey evil, here's the rest of my reply to your PM. =)

- I've found that starting the grow in the bathtub is ideal since the tub is white and reflects the light sufficiently up to this point... i have a roll of mylar that I will be putting up once the plants are taller than the tub's edge, in order to keep the light reflecting back on the plants. The light will need to be raised higher, so more light will be lost between the tub's edge and the light reflector otherwise.
- The bathroom i'm using is airtight (no floor vents or window) except for the 50CFM ceiling fan. I thought this was going to be a major issue with air-circulation but as it turns out, opening the door once or twice a day provides enough fresh-air (so far at least).
- For the first 2 weeks or so, i had the ceiling fan running 24/7 but realized that this isn't necessary! Leaving the fan on all the time makes it extremely difficult to maintain a high enough humidity level in the room.... i've since shut it off and only turn it on for about 3-4 hours after the light comes on to help vent some of the smell and lower the humidity after the dark cycle... so in short, no you don't have to run the fan 24/7 but just use common sense and turn it on when needed. It also makes it easier to keep the room temps more constant if it's not always running...
- All in all it's been great so far... the plants love it in there and i've had no plant problems at all.

Hope that helps! Please post in my journal with any other questions or comments and I'll post those extra room-pics there as well.

Week 4, Day 1

:weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed:

Well, here's my plants' 1 month anniversary pics!! Enjoy.... I know I am! They are mostly at 6" at this point, so I figure a can veg them for about another month, maybe a few days under - we'll see when pre-flowers start showing.

Ok....once again I'm very happy with the plants so far! Lots of 5+ leaf branches and a few 7s. I think they're climbing about 2" per week, so they should be hitting 1' easily by 3 weeks... :hump:

One question... does anyone know if water-stains on the leafs will cause any issues? It doesn't appear to be burning the leaves, just leaving faint white droplet stains... I foliar fed them a few times in the past week and the lights are leaving some water-stains... :-|

The kids are starting to get a bit taller than the edge of the tub, so I made a 'mylar wall' tonight and put it around the front of the tub... the white inside wall works good enough for that side. I'll throw in some extra pics of it this week in the next full picture update. :leaf:

There may be a few things I need to change now that there's less room in the tub...the wall confines things, so heat may become a bigger problem, and without the humidifier not right next to the plant, we'll see if the humidity level by the plants stays high enough... :joint:

Looking Good Dayzt, their are really getting taller, how are the holding up strong stem? Do you have a fan up toward them?

My babies got stressed after a recent heat wave and are just now pepping up..but keep on chuggin right?

Week 4, Day 5

:weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed::weed:

Well, the past 3-4 days have been kinda crazy... leaves showing some stress, and I think it's due to a little too much nutes... dialing them back this watering to see if that helps. Take a look at the leaf close-up below (last pic) and let me know what you think...

Pics #1 - 3 Bubblicious :leaf:

#1 - Alice
#2 - Barb
#3 - Candy

Pics #4 - 5 Dreamtime :leaf:

Pic #12 - Leaf spots...

:joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint:

Once again, my leaves are still strong and green - the spots are dissappointing, but I think they'll grow out of it, and it's only a few leaves... any comments??

Plants are looking really nice, but I have no idea what those spots could be... I dont understand how water could discolor the leaf like that...
I think that more thank likely it wont matter in the end.. your plants will keep on growing and moe than likely the new leaves wont get spots.
