The 6500 will cause shorter internode spacing. The 2700 will let it stretch a bit.
It will be OK. Just add some 6500.

You can get 23w cfl at Walmart. They have 4 packs for $8.88. They come in 5000 or 2700 kelvin. A mix of those work just fine.
Any harware store will have light sockets an splitters.

Pistils will show faster on an auto.my plants auto, and they finally started to show pistils nvm
In general most strains will show sex at 4-6 weeks from seed even in veg. It is a sign of maturity and it can be flowered.

is she getting nutrient burns??? what should i do??

from bottom to about half way, her leaves feel really dry and crispy and are turning yellow. the tops leaves are getting lighter coloured but are still hanging on.
still not alot of bud action going on...

Your issues look emergency level. You need somthing quick acting. Get $5 miracle grow all purpose 24-8-16 food. Dilute is by half and feed. If you have the money buy some cal-mag and add some too.

thankgod. plant is still kickin.
i went ahead and used some more soil, instead i used another pot just for that soil. i flushed the crap out that and stole all of its nutrients. im now using those nutrients for my plant.
no more crispy leaves at the bottom. now im just hoping the leaves turn green again in a couple of days.
