First grow, how am I doing?

Ive vegged with them , but the 6500k are better for veg, or both.

Day 44. Day 20 Flowering.
Added the extra 130W CFL bulb, and can already see signs of bushiness and faster growth.
Only problem is temp reaches 28c - 31c, and humidly goes down to a 35% pretty fast.
Next grow project. Im abit of a creative freak.
Plant at day 42 - 44 started showing yellow leafs.
Is this pic of my hand a reasonable height for flowering??

You're gonna need some more head room for flowering if you aren't going to do topping, LST, or super cropping.
Also, some will say blasphemy but with limited light source such as yours, I would read up on defoliation. It will allow the low powered light of CFL's reach to lower bud spots on your canopy.

awesome dude! defoliation is a good choice, gonna start learning about it today. should i put netting up before anything else?? how many inches away from the light should i put netting?

Holy shit if you get about a pound off any plant under that light and size grow room I'll bow to you sir! I highly doubt it at all! I thi k you were probably pretty spot on for the 40g man!

Day 15 flower.
My first plants i grew under a 125watt cfl from my local hydro shop. I got 2.5oz just did some lst no topping veg for a few weeks and flipped. Im sure you will get at least an oz. Mine werent autos though. Never grown an auto.

I'd try and get your net halfway between your surface of your soil and the light. This will give you a decent volume to fill out during flower. But really you will have to see what's best for your plants and grow space. Just remember you can give your plants a good amount of abuse as long as the rest of your variables are up to snuff

Its a 2.5x2.5x5ft tent. I plan on getting a second tent a 4x4 and doing a cxb3590 build this fall. Then i will keep this set up as the veg area and flower in the larger tent.

spent 1 - 2 hours making my own. Took me about an hour to find the string haha.
When i hit second time growing, ill have 4 pots like you did, top them all as soon as possible, and try out lst. Thanks for the pictures mate
