If its a whole chicken, its not quick but its the best chicken you can make. Drink half a can of beer and stick the can in the chicken so it stands upright. Season it with whatever you want and throw it on the barbeque for a little while. God damnit now i want some dancing chicken!

If it's a chicken breast, put it in a foil packet, sprinkle it with sea salt, pepper, and top with a pat of butter. You can use olive oil as well.Fold the pouch, and cook at 350 till done. For thawed, I'd say 30 minutes. The juices will run clear.Let sit for 10 mintues before eating so the juice redistributes.

+rep for knowing how to roast a chicken! But smear it with herb butter first. You can make your own herb butter using softened butter, parsley, rosemary, and thyme...put some under the skin of the chicken too.

Yea then you eat it .. if you want the skin crunchy . you can "crisp" it by turning on the broiler on for a few min .. BUT WATCH IT .. so it dont burn

Ive always wondered what the broiler does. I always thought it was just a "bakier' setting or something

For some reason the Broil setting ticks me off every time i see it just sitting there all useless and such:evil:
