Drooping Plant!

poly man, I read online that there are some autoflowering strains that grow in 70-90 days and produce some 400 - 600 grams per plant - if this is true and 1.) it's LOUD 2.) it's DRO...

1 plant = 400G
4 plants = 1600G
Max price for G = $20
$20 x 1600G = $32,000

And that's a lot of fucking money in 3-4 months nig, I donno though just some stoner thoughts with friend.
well did you calculate what you spent and what your going to spend? both personally and on the plants.(elec, food, nutes, lights, girl friend ect.)
2nd autos dont yeild that much and its very hard to get 400 grams off one plant.
.
3oz a week is good for me, i work with clones so from day1 of 12/12 it takes about 50-60 days to flower seeds maybe 60-70 days. plus i have been doing really good recently maybe start getting more than that. and my lighting setup(hps only for an hour in the morning and hour in the evening other 10 hours hps and mh) has faster flowering times plus i use co2

following the advice of another, i poured a couple of cap fulls of apple cider vinegar into my bubbleponic res to lower the ph. the ph was lowered successfully to the right lvl, but when i checked ten mins later, all my plants were drooping really bad. are they going to die!? they still look very green and somewhat healthy, they just look like they didnt like the sudden change. please, i need some advice!
Change the water flush it out for 24 hours then change water with nutes . never do orangics in soilless. geeez what wrong with people think can do orangics in soils ?!?!?!? never cuz it can grow fungus or root worms . ! good luck man

have you changed your pH??
yeah bro i have it down to 5.6 (ph tester came in today) and i have full str mg nutes in there, but now im confused. it didnt start growing again till i had nutes in there and balanced out the ph, so idk if im over nuting, under nuting, or none of the above.

what do you guys think? nute burn, or def? all of the leaves are starting to turn yellow with brown tips, and both of them are signs of def, but im still thinking burn...idk what to do, but they are growing again, even if they are dying just as fast....

I have a few (a lot) questions son, let's figure this out.

1.) How much water is in your rez
2.) How much nutes are you adding to that amount of water
3.) Is there any extreme light getting into the rez
4.) What brand of pH adjuster are you using
5.) What brand of nutes are you using
6.) What feeding schedule do you have them on
7.) How old are they
8.) Is your water aerated well
9.) How often do you change your rez water
10.) Have you read these - https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/488004-guide-nutrient-deficiency-toxicity.html & https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/38772-guide-diagnosing-plant-problems.html

Get back to me son

1) one gallon
2) 1/2 Tsp
3) no, its rapped in reflective ductape and the top is covered. if theres any light at all, its no more than like a moon like amount.
4) Some hot tub brand at walmart. i know how it sounds, but it seems to work just fine. i think its brand is HTH without looking.
5) Miracle Grow all purpose plant food 24-8-16
6) feeding schedule? all i did was add a 1/4 tsp for a few days, then changed res water and put the 1/2 tsp in and adjusted ph to 5.6
7) the two WW are about 2 day apart, and the oldest just turned three weeks old today.
8) Very well i think, i have two bubblestones that are placed under each cup for maximum efficency
9) weekly, but lately its been every 3-4 days
10) Yes, ive read both throughly and still question what my aliment is...im just not sure what to do...flush em out, or leave them as is, or add more nutes. very confusing...

XD same here bro

1. Is the MG liquid or a powder type thing
2. Does it have a feeding chart on the back (like this many tsp or tbsp to this amount of water every this so many days)
3. I would read the back of the HTH pH and read what chemical is in it that changes the pH, there are a few different ones, some aren't supposed to be used for plants
4. What temps are your water at (maybe causing root slime or root rot)

let's figure it out cuh

1. its blue powder
2. no, it just said for indoor plants, use a half tsp.
3. sodium bisulfate
4. idk, but not above room temp. the roots are looking much better lately since the res change.

i assumed it was a over nute, so i just started a flush...hopefully i made the right call. i guess if its just nute def, itll keep getting worse, if its burn hopefully itll start growing normally again. i thot it was def bc the other WW plant i have in the same res has very purple brances and its the exact same strain and everything...

It hit me. Here is a list of every primary & secondary nute, aswell as trace minerals. I wrote these down when I started growing in hydro because they have absolutely none of these in water. Your MG most likely has all of the primary nutes. Which are -

N - Nitrogen
P - Phosphorus
K - Potassium

And no secondary nutes -
Calcium
Sulfur
Magnesium

Or trace minerals -
Boron
Copper
Molybdenum
Zinc
Iron
Maganese

Find a product that has secondary nutes & trace minerals in it and you'll be golden sir. MG actually makes a liquid plant food called African Violet and it has the secondary nutes aswell as primary, but no trace minerals sadly. Hope this helps

it lists most of what u just put up on the back of the box. do u have any ideas on what i can use to get all of these together? like how do u get all of ur nutes?

My plant hasn't had any trace minerals so it has def. but I would go to a gardening store and find some sort of plant food that has secondary and trace if I were you. Write what I typed down, and find it lol. I bet money it would fix your problem

okay, so i took advice of a pro and used a vitaman from walmart that dissolves in the water and has every single trace element thats on ur list, and i added half str nutes bc the vit has every single thing the plant needs but N, so i dont wanna risk burning her.

Good deal. My plant hasn't grown very much at all other than produces larger leaves, I think I'm going to stop using API pH down.. I've heard some bad things about it when using it for hydro - doesn't really make sense since it's for living fish lol. Hopefully that will speed flowering up a bit. You didn't stop using your bubbleponics setup did you?
