Why others don't have the same experience could be because of a lot of things
but i still prefer a seedbank that delivers and with not much excuses.

I live in Co. and I ordered $700 dollars worth of seeds 2 weeks ago from OSSC and just received them in the mail box and they are all popping out of my germination station. Sounds like you work for this company.
Dude, you gotta be a troll OSS representative, no one spends $700 in one order, gotta be lying!
 
I orderd 4 seeds for $67.00 ... 32 days ago...no seeds ...tracking #number said it left country of origin ....thats it....i didnt get guaranteed shipping because it was like $27 bucks more ....but does that mean they wont make it right...

Relax your order is on it's way, either you'll get your beans or the green tape.

website is back up, shows my seeds left NY on the 13th, so, I'm guessing its just a waiting game....BTW, I paid for the best shipping

I also made the big mistake of ordering through ossc last june (2013) and received our order in about 10 days. Once we got them going 2/3 of the seeds grew ok (not great), and the other 1/3 was all out crap. I mentioned it to ossc and they gave us a credit, which we used during the black Friday sale, ordered with gaurenteed shipping, tracking and extra stealth. They sent out the order on the 5th of december, after 3 weeks of not being able to locate my order using the tracking #, they told me to just keep waiting until the 28 days were up and then they might look into it. Well being hot headed and not happy with the response, I tried to contact them every couple days to try and find out what was going on with my order. But I was ignored even by the dam owner "dean". After day 37 (yes 9 days after the max of 28 days I was told i'd have to wait) they said that it's the usps fault. So they said they would resend the order since I was complaining so much. Well here it is 2 weeks after they said they'd resend the order, with a letter from customs instead of my package. In the letter it states that they had been notified by ossc of the contents of the package, and that is the reason why they seized my seeds. So I do agree, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM OSSC, IF YOUR IN THE UNITED STATES!!!! Because you take a big chance of wasting your money, time, and possibly your freedom. If they get a bug up their ass, then they'll just notifiy the usps of your package, and you'll lose it and your money. Cause they say that they WILL NOT REPLACE AN ORDER, IF IT HAS BEEN SEIZED BY CUSTOMS. We need a seed bank here in the united states, so that people don't have wait forever, or take the chance of getting ripped off (like so many have). I'm so sick of seed companies bs! Anybody support the idea of me opening a seedbank here in the usa? Looking for all the support I can get on this idea. Let's change this country for the better!

well, include me in the fucked, mine were intercepted also, I've ordered from other countries in the past, never had a problem, it seems they've targeted these people, probably best to stay away

well, seems customs is on to them because my package contained no clues as to what was in it, so, they must be getting a close eye , I've ordered from others, never an issue

yet a simple bubble, nothing special, marked envelope for me it is always happened, nothing to say and often the small gift, like a card mixer,t-shirt,seeds....

yeah, and the ignorant asshats wont even respond to email, great customer service....time to blow them up on social media, try and keep them from ripping off anyone else , and that's what I consider it to be when you can't follow through on your promises and have no problem taking our money

The problem for me was not my seeds getting 'lost' but ossc's reluctance and/or delays in answering my emails. Because of this I went to Herbies and not a single issue since. great communication too.

Thanks LGC , I was looking at them, some great looking stuff....I only went with ossc because they had candyland seeds , I guess in hindsight, they may as well have been unicorns , I had just as much chance of getting them lol
