Doctors that will sign.

It's not the MMPR that scared them, it's the colleges themselves. I don't even think it's a health canada influence - I think they just don't like marijuana. Nurses, doctors and pharmacists all have to come around for the system to truly work. At the rate these bodies move you'll see legalization before most of them firm up a proper commitment.

Nurses aren't rewriting their act fast enough.
Doctors put out an update saying they can only write real prescriptions and they have to be for a pre-determined THC amount.
Pharmacists basically said, "no thanks" because they make way too much money on big pharma.

Well it's turned out that way. Doctors were cooler scratching their sigs down under the mmar imo.
I was just hoping to start a new business.

Im hearing the walk in clinics that opened this year in down town TO are closing....due to lack of business.

The ones I knew who did, won't anymore!
Both said they would only help if the law got involved.

Even if u find a dr in ontario that will sign the max they will sign for is 5gs and ur peg leg better not be polished looking for that. Its ridiculous now.
Im on my fourth dr at the same clinic and two people ive told to get referred there have been turned away cold.
Not even the $125 signing fee is enough enticment for the drs now.
Makes u wonder how they expect the lps to stay open...

on the same clinic? do you mean just a regular health clinic or..?

im kinda new to the whole game,been away at school, unfortunatly when i started i was un aware of the changing laws and i wish i got on the boat before the deadline.

now im trying to catch up and i find a broken system, kinda sucks, especially while watchign america starting to legalize...

Hmmm interesting point ....they may fuck the LP system over by scaring off doctors now. Yep this may work well. Hadn't though enough about that angle really. The very setup will kill itself because Doctors like the old one better......likin it.

Here in BC (at least my experience with my son) was super easy.

Doc : Ah, why not. Not like modern medicine has anything to offer him.
Me: Here's the form.
Doc : Done.

Its a regular clinic with drs that used to sign up patients whos regular drs arent comfortable with mj.
I was signed up there a yr ago. Now im on my fourth dr there cus they all say they have gotten pressure from the college to quit

nice...it took a few years for us to find a dr who would sign

say i were miraculously to be signed for 5 gs limit

im assuming your stuck with that prescription amount for life or atleast until reform?

if so id def wait till i get to bc

How about we all just go buy some BM weed and tell them to fuck off. It was freakin easier to obtain it legally 2 years ago than now. Now folks have to take a plane trip to get help.....what a place.

any doctor who said to me he doesn't approve, would get told " well who needs you anyway...plenty of non licensed folks doing it doc "
I mean if it not legal, why ask a doctor anyway...they don't wanna help, fine, don't then. I'll do it with out you. It's my health anyway, not yours....and this is what I'm doing.

you can get increases as you need when you renew...yeah, renew.
i don't understand why you have to renew if the Dr's say it's permanent...but that Vet who lost his legs has to prove disability each year so I guess it's not that weird....but it IS wrong

I don't see why we consult them at all. They say they don't recognize it as medicine anyway. So why are they even involved then.
Seems they like it both ways.............. just like the gov does.
