So I just got back from the Dr....or RN in this case.....I went through Simcoe holistic health.... They sent me to body stream..I used them last year so it was $200 for the renewal
One thing to note the RN would only sign off on a 6 month script..... Because of the colleges new policy. I have to do a reassessment in 6 months but there won't be any charges for the reassessment tho.....just kind of a pain in my ass.

Yup, I had the 6 month reassessment. But it was with an RN the second time, and no charge.

If an elbow means ounce, then I could get one for 200, or 220. And that was the lowest I've heard of in Thunder Bay unless someone is selling their own personal grow.
I haven't bought any BM weed since I got a prescription though.
It was as high as 300 an oz here a couple years ago. Gross.

Sorry Yessica...yes I mean what does the Black Market or street price charge for an ounce in your town. I'm glad LCS worked out for you. Try the Medicino or Norther Light. I like those two.

Thanks! I'm glad too, if I was stuck with Tilray alone I would be regretting getting a prescription at all by this point...
Oh - here's a question for anyone who might know:
Could you get one of the doctors via Bodystream to just send your prescription to the LCS? Last time I had the prescription for Tilray, and then just sent that to LCS and that was enough for them.
I don't even know if doctors send people to compassion clubs anymore? Or do they get money from the LP's?

I think some may get money from LP's. I'm sure the LP's want the CC's done away with . The CC's cut into their take huge. They gotta hate the CC's I'd imagine.
On the other Q, I don't know the answer.

WTF us this new policy? So first they will fight tooth and nail to not sign now they will only sign for 6 months? I would have asked if they thought my medical condition was going to change. Everyone wants to have a little bit of control over mmj patients eh? Fuck em all!!!

When I was talking to bodystream they were against CC's, they told me they send the script to the LP of my choice from their office. Green dr did the same thing. I asked if I could get it sent to my house and they said no it had to be sent from their office to a LP. That made it very difficult for me to get membership at any CC. I've only found 2 in the toronto area that would even look at me and it's been a big hassle to secure member ship. Most won't accept my LP card or patient labels from the bottles. Apparently there is fake cards and labels floating around. "Resonable access" my ass!

can you get a copy that they send to the LP's? if they would give you a copy, ask the CC if they'd accept that.
here in Vancouver, give them proof of diagnosis and you can buy right away...well most of them

Mine won't give me a hard copy either, the clinic only sends them out to registered LP's. It's a hassle to even change LP's.
Having to back every year or 6 months is stupid. The only thing Dr's agree on when it comes to MMJ is that it does not cure anything, it can only help. So what's the point of going in every year if they know you won't be "cured"
