Looks like it's got a while to go yet.....you sure it's been in 4-5 weeks 12/12?

Several ways, snipp bollox, dry out then store in a jar (make sure it's dry or it will mould), or place above a plastic sheet in an area without drafts and collect the pollen that falls. Or snip and hang upside down in a bag....most of these things are a couple of weeks away I would say based on the pic above....

Alright all. Need some help with me Stud DPP x JTR. Its now in flower and i'm not quite ready to let it loose on the girl's yet. Basically, how long does it need to flower for before the pollen is good? And what's the best way to collect some and keep for laters? I know they'r broad Q's, so any help will be great!

Cheer's D. I should be ok with that. Is it better for collecting to take them in the cases without bursting them, and say put in paper envelope then store.?

i was looking for new genetics and stumbled on this thread. as i'm a proud member of the 600 club. here are some of my breeding experiments. too many to name but such genetics as super silver haze, S.A.G.E., skunk #1, apollo 13, white rhino, bubblegum, northern lights, afgani #1, sweet tooth and on and on.

these are the result of 16 years or so of buying name brand genetics from the original breeder and crossing them. there are a bunch of these crosses that i haven't been able to try yet but of course i'm looking to buy new genetics! i know some won't still be viable but i keep them in the fridge and i just got 15 out of 20 of 16 year old apollo seeds to pop. so many seeds, so little room. i'm retired, time i got! :)

i suck taking pics and need to get a tripod.

i'm kinda proud of my collection. i didn't buy any genetics for many years and missed out of some really good ones. so every year i look around to make sure there isn't something really nice to add to the collection.

i really do need to grow out some of these crosses. i've got some goodies. yeah i do! :)

heres the pull from my GDP. not too bad for only pollenating one nug! i feel the fairy will be in flight very soon.
when i bred my first genetics (apollo 13), just to be sure i got enough seeds, i took 2 males into the flower room and shook them. i was kind of shocked as a large cloud of white enveloped the room. i got thousands of seeds. whoops!

it was one of those great ideas you get when you are really baked. :)

the apollo 13 genetic is so stable that the males were almost twins. the 15 i grew out a few months ago looked like clones they were so similar. mr soul knew his shit! :)

here is a picture of a typical apollo. this was in a one gallon for most of her life so she's small. not a heavy yeilder. but the branching pattern is what they all look like.
nice taste, kinda makes you feel like you have to cough when you take the first few hits (it's just an odd trait of the genetic). there is a bunch of info out there on the apollo. i lost all of mine.

fatboyOGOF, nice seed collection. Nice to have another seasoned guy here to help out. I'm still really a newbie but I like to think I came seasoned, nonetheless I'm learning and these guys have been great helping me successfully complete my first real breeding, which hasn't been easy finally finding a girl, but it's done and I did a short little clip to show everyone. Thank you again everyone. Next is Extrema's and Afghani's. The Extrema's are going to be bred with each other like the Jack Hammers, if I get a good male! With my luck I don't doubt I'd get 4 girls now.

Edit. HD is an option, for when the thing does focus in, #*%*
