Closet Grow: Rokerji Sour Diesel, Samsara Crazy Miss Hyde, World of Seeds Strawberry

Alright things are moving along now. Today is Day 29 of 12/12 for my Strawberry Blue, Crazy Miss Hyde, and Sour Diesel. My Chocolope has been throwing out pistils for a little bit now, so I am calling this Day 11 of 12/12 for her.

Strawberry Blue



This is so far my favorite strain this grow. It just looks and smells really good. There is a couple leaves on her that is starting to turn yellow on me, but I am not worried about it at all. I am just so impressed with this strain so far. I can't wait to taste it. Lol! The pistils on her are starting to turn orange or brown. I can't tell which with this HPS light on.

Crazy Miss Hyde



This strain might be that surprise strain in my garden. It is wet to the touch with resin and it has a berry smell that isn't to bad. When I look at this plant the trichs look like it is golden dust on the plant. The popcorn buds are starting to come together to form colas. It has very long haired buds on it that I don't personally like as much. This plant has remained green from top to bottom without any leaves yellowing or falling off. It seems like a pretty solid strain so far, but I think it is going to be mediocre at best. It seems better than some of the strains that I have grown in the past though.

Sour Diesel



This is the problem child in my garden. Lol! This plant is just a pain in my ass. I think every single day since I started flowering I have had to pick off dead leaves. I flushed the shit out of her, and I don't think that it really helped. I would be surprised if this plant finished with any fan leaves at all. I am confident that I can get her to finish though and that is all that really matters to me. The smell is not to bad. It has a sweet and sour smell, and I think I can smell something that reminds me of sage. Since this is a Sage n Sour cross that makes since. It doesn't have that diesel smell to it though. The smell isn't overly strong which I would have expected from my past experience with smoking some Sour Diesel. What I smoked was one of my favorite strains as far as smell, taste, bag appeal, and potency goes. It was an all around top knotch strain. This one just isn't measuring up to that at all. This plant does have some visible trichs on it though. If I can get it to finish, it should still be some descent smoke.

Chocolope



This one is a ways behind the others in growth and time in flower, but I am expecting big things from this strain. I have only heard good things about it. There was a thread I was posting on yesterday that people named this as one of the 5 best tasting strains that they have ever smoked. And taste is one of the most important factors in a good strain to me. So far this strain has had no deficiencies. I haven't been feeding it any nutes as of yet though. There isn't any trich action going on yet. The buds are barely even popcorn yet either. That will soon be changing though. I'm going to be keeping a close eye on this one. I really shouldn't have even started this one because I don't have the room for it, but I'm going to make it work.

Yeah I know. I usually try to do 3 plants, but I decided to try 4 this time. I think I was a little overzealous on that one. I probably won't do it again though.

I'm so irritated right now. I always try to look out for my buddies when I have the bud, but right now I am out. And noone ever looks out for me. They want to charge me $35 for an 1/8th of some shit that looked like some damn compressed. I couldn't believe this guy even tried to sell me this crap. I was like damn man, I thought you said this shit was good. I thought he was selling some descent midgrade. This shit was like compressed but not all bricked up if you all know what I mean. Plus it was all brown looking and smelled like some pressed. Anyways I am not hooking this guy up ever again. If people can't look out for me then I am not going to look out for them. I'm tired of always being the good guy. Lol! Anyone else have experiences like this?

The smell is getting stronger everyday in there. I just love the smell of everyone of these strains. The Strawberry Blue really does smell like strawberries to me. I think it is going to be the best fruity strain that I have grown yet. The buds on her are getting big as well. They are much bigger than the other strains that I am running. It has a nice amount of trichs on her as well. The Crazy Miss Hyde is super resinous. It has alot more than any of the other strains right now. The buds are pretty much formed now and starting to get bigger around. It seems to be behind the other strains in this department. The Sour Diesel has some weird looking buds. I can't really explain why they look weird though. The smell has changed a little bit. It still has a sour smell to it but there is something else lingering in there as well. As I have said before, this is a Sage N Sour cross. I don't really know what sage actually smells like, but I think that is what I am smelling. It kind of reminds me of a perfume smell. It is nice though. I think that this strain is a poor interpretation of Sour Diesel though. They should have named it something else. It is still going to be good though. Anyways I just wanted to post a quick update. I will post another one this weekend with some pics.

I got my order from Attitude today. I got 10 Cannaventure Purple Berry BX, 5 pk of Cannaventure's Mother's Mix, Fem G13 Labs Blue OG, and a Fem CH9 Jack. This was the first time that I just ordered the seeds without the gurranteed shipping, and I got them without a hitch. I won't be spensing the extra money on that BS again. Lol! I'm pretty pissed that they didn't identify what strains are in this Mother's Mix and what strain each seed is. Anyways here in a couple weeks I'm going to pop 2 of these Reg Purple Berry BX's, 1 Fem Reserva Privada Headband, and 1 Fem G13 Labs Pineapple Express. I think that is a nice looking lineup for the new year.

I just finished taking some pics of my ladies, and they are steaming right along. They are looking and smelling pretty good. The Crazy Miss Hyde is just covered in so many trichs, and the Strawberry Blue just smells delicious. Hope you enjoy!

As is see, you used also the folie for covering the sides og your growbox.
I too, but i wrinkled the folie to make it unable to make light spots - but as i know now its not necessary 'cause me CFLs didnt make so bright-reflecting light.

After the last 2 cheese's are harvested, i will put some styro blocks behind them 'cause 2 sides of my growbox belongs to the outer wall of the house.
That makes it more easier to keep the box in correct temperature.
Due while i am working with CFL, my "problem" is not the too high temps, but the low ones
But that spares a lot of power, because all my ventilation was working with 12 V =, so i "invested" in 2 normal bulbs (40 W) to rise the temperature during the lighting period.

I'm not actually using foil. I'm actually using those emergency mylar blankets from Walmart that cost about $3-$5 a piece. It's basically the same thing as mylar that you would buy at the local hydro store, but I decided to use the mylar blanket because it is alot cheaper but it is thinner than the regular mylar. It serves its purpose though and that is all that matters.

I have been trying all day every way that I know how to add pics, and I have been unsuccessful everytime. I haven't ever had this problem before and cannot figure it out. This will be my last try tonight. Otherwise no pics.

Strawberry Blue: Day 43 of 12/12

Well, it did not work, so there will be no pics tonight. The buds on this strain are rock hard already, and I believe but can't say for sure that this is a 9 week strain. It has an extremely great smell that I can't stop talking about. It smells like Strawberry candy that is pungent in a way. I have no idea how these buds are going to weigh so yield is an unknown to me. It looks to be a farely descent one even thought I did lose a part of the plant due to my misfortune. I am happy with it.

Cray Miss Hyde: Day 43 of 12/12

This strain is just crazy resinous to the touch, so I don't touch it anymore cause I'm tired have having my fingers wet with resin. It has a nice acidic berry smell to the touch when you smell your resin covered fingers. I think this strain is going to take a good 70 days of 12/12 to finish. The buds are still small in width at this point. I think they should be bigger, but the breeder doesn't give any recomendations on when to harvest.

Sour Diesel: Day 43 of 12/12

It is surprising half way descent looking to me, but I don't think it smells like the Sour Diesel that I am accustomed to. It has the same structure as the OG#18 that I grew a while back. I don't think it is going to be a good yielder, but the buds are rock hard and have a somewhat sour smell to them with another smell that I can't put my finger on. I think it could possibly be some top knotch bud, but they should have named it something else. I'm interested in trying it out.

Chocolope: Day 25 of 12/12

It had finally started to throw out some trichs and give offf a small amount of smell. The buds are only popcorn size, but I know they will start to swell very soon and get all frosty. I am very interested in seeing what this strain has to offer. It won't be ready until about January 20th, but I can wait.

Hopefully I will be able to post some pics tomorrow or at least sometime soon. Sorry for the inconvinience friends!

I'm sitting here smoking on some good smoke watching Naruto on Adult Swim. I fucking love anime! Especially Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, but I love all japanese anime really. I watch the shit w/ english subs every week online. I even read Naruto Shippuden and Bleach manga every week too. I've been watching japanese anime for what seems like forever now, and I am 32. Lol!

I'm so pissed. I cannot get my pics to upload no matter what I do. I have tried every different way that I know how to post pics and none of them are working for me. I can post an old pic if I go the manage attachments way of doing things, but I can't add any new pics. I am at a loss on this one. I just don't know wtf is going on here. This sucks because I have some nice new pics to share with you all. It is what it is I guess.

I am happy to say that I finally was able to get my pics posted after a couple days of complete failure. Anyways these pics are a couple days old now but it still gives you a good idea of where they are at now. I am happy to say the least. It's all starting to come together. My Sour Diesel hasn't gotten any worse from the deficiency that it had a while back. The over all smell of the garden is really starting to pick up and smell outside of the grow room and into the rest of my house. I'm just going to combat that with one of those air wick timer thingy that sprays every so often according to how I set it. It works pretty good, because I just have it spraying right near my front door just for that unexpected guest that arrives at your door step. Lol!

As for the plants, the Strawberry Blue has some rock hard buds on her already. I mean every bud on her is as hard as a rock. She doesn't have a super amount of trichs on her, but she is still beautiful looking. The smell is just my absolute favorite in the gardden. It is a sweet yet pungent strawberry tart candy smell. It is definitely a delight to smell. I am constantly in the garden rubbing the buds and smelling my fingers. I just can't get enough. I think this is supposed to be a 9 week strain but from the looks of things it could very well be finished by 8. I haven't started checking the trichs yet, but I know the time to look is fast approaching.

Now the Crazy Miss Hyde is just a super resin producer. You cannot touch the buds without your fingers being wet with resin. I know I am going to need to use some latex gloves when I trim this bitch for harvest. I'm thinking I am going to have to go close to 10 weeks on this strain, but I am really looking forward to seeing the final results from her. She has a nice acidic berry smell that is quite pleasant. I think it will be my best yielder of the bunch too.

The Sour Diesel has a bud structure similar to the pheno that I had of the OG#18. It doesn't have very big colas on it at all. Well at least they don't go all the way down the branches. Basically the buds are about 4 inches long on every top and that is about it. No other bud sites on the lower parts of the branches. It has a nice sour smell but no diesel smell at all that I can notice. It has some trich action going on but nothing special. It has enough to make me happy with it though. Overall I am satisfied with how the plant has turned out so far. Especially since I wasn't expecting much at all from this one.

The Chocolope is really starting to come along now. It actually has some trich action starting on the surounding leaves around the bud sites. I can't make out much of a smell yet, but I know it is sure to come. I am looking forward to seeing what she is all about as well. I know I'm not going to get a great yield off of her, because I kept her so small. I think that this strain is going to be interesting though. It has been said to be a favorite of many people here on RIU, so I hope that I am lucky enough to get a good pheno this time.
