Can anyone REALLY say anything bad about Fox News at this point?

Let me just first say that I don't post often here at RIU, but have been posting and reading for over a year. I love the ganja, so toke up and lets discuss!:bigjoint::bigjoint:

Fox News is by far the most attacked station in the U.S. Yet all they continue to do is provide us with the news that America actually cares about and actually back it up with evidence. If it wasn't for Fox, 10 years from now people might take their heads out of their asses and think to themselves, "Wow, where has all my money gone?"

What liberals always complain about is Fox being too rightwing. First of all, Fox isn't far right wing. They have some right wing bias, but they continue to provide the news that ALL other stations won't cover or investigate and continue to back it up with evidence.

Which comes to my 2nd point, ALL mainstream media is very far left, so is it not fair that their is at least one News station out there which is slightly right wing/independent?

I hope Jay Leno bombs so NBC can finally have the downfall it deserves. Shortly followed by the rest of the far left media.

Here's the bottom line for ME and millions of other American's. I don't want to piss away 75% of my hard earned money on taxes that go to 13 year old hooker trafficking. Let's just say...it's against my values.

No no let me rephrase that, IT'S AGAINST HUMAN DECENCY! What human (apart from anyone with obvious mental health issues) would even give their TIME to that sort of cause, let alone their money.

I'm an 18 year old independent who is about to start his freshman year in college and even I fear for my lack of financial stability.

Can you just imagine what it's going to be like for someone with REAL financial responsibilities? Oh wait, that'll be me in four years.

Let me finish with this quote from Thomas Jefferson.

"Yes, we did produce a near-perfect republic. But will they keep it? Or will they, in the enjoyment of plenty, lose the memory of freedom? Material abundance without character is the path of destruction."

Unless we stand up America, we won't keep it. Don't forget the dream of freedom. Soon it might be only a dream.

Quick question, CrackerJax..

You're against universal health care for OUR citizens, but you're okay with spending money that could be used on our health care to provide health care to OTHER nations?

In other words, don't let the poor children of the world die - just the poor children of America?
If Obamacare passes, not only will debt rise tremendously, but their will be a MASSIVE shortage of doctors. How many people do you think graduate medical school and become a doctor every year? Not many.

More elder doctors that are on the brink of retirement say that if Obamacare passes, they will retire.

if you're against universal health care you have no compassion for the less fortunate citizens of your country. Crackerjax are you really gonna blame government for high health care costs?
If you are for universal health care you have no compassion for ANY citizens of your country.

If Obamacare passes, there will NOT be enough doctors. It's as simple as that.

45% of doctors say they will retire/leave their practice if Obamacare passes.

Wow.

Man you really do live in la la land. I'm serious, why the fuck do some of you keep spewing bullshit lies that you know are lies?

A new poll shows 63 percent of doctors are in favor of a combined public and private option.

The American Medical Association backs the health care reform.

Did you know that in some countries with universal health coverage, doctors go to college for FREE? Kind of like the system we already have in place for teachers and other "public service" jobs.

So, maybe we could include the medical professions in the "public service" category and extend student loan forgiveness to them, too? Free (or nearly free) education, and a well-paying (secure) job when you graduate. You might not be rolling in dough, but you could make quite a comfortable living.

5. get the surgery anyway because doctors cannot refuse to treat you, and you dont have to pay because the rest of us will pay higher premiums for you, thereby taxing the entire system to the point of complete failure and driving health care costs even higher, putting health insurance out of reach for even more Americans.

And that's what has already happened, and WHY it happened, AND why it isn't sustainable.

Your acting as if American's (or maybe just the right) doesn't want health care reform.

We do. We just don't want healthcare reform that will INCREASE the debt and INCREASE the amount of patients while DECREASING the amount of doctors.

More people being covered by health care doesn't make up for lack of availability.

Yes, our current health care is bad. But it's still the best in the world. And believe me, Obamacare (in its current form) is WORSE than what we already have.

Yes, doctors DO want a public AND private option. Look at the uppercase words.

Well, they are "on the brink of retirement", so they're going to retire no matter what, aren't they?
Doctors are generally wealthy. The brink for them could be years if they still wanted to practice, but if they wanted to give up the practice, they would be financially able to.

what fucking poll?.............you made that shit up!

No kidding.

Now he says the doctors DO want a public option, after just now saying that they were all going to retire if the public option were included in the health reform bill.

Someone's making things up, and it's not me or you

Right, so it's not illegal for ANY media organization to LIE or be IGNORANT of facts.

If Fox came on and sat there and told me what they think and all I ever heard or saw was the host, I wouldn't believe a word.

But they provide evidence, evidence that can be validated by the five senses.

When you SEE something, that means it is REAL, because for something to be REAL it has to be able to be perceived by ONE of the FIVE senses.

Eyes don't lie. Statements by the president don't lie. Sound bites don't lie.
