California Plant limit UPDATE

Ok guys ur rec means shit to the PD in less you have a state issued card! you can wave your rec in the cops face all day long and they can still bust you, or should I say fuck up your day! cops don't see it as being part of there job to verify you have a valid rec if they want to be dicks they'll arrest you and let the office people sort it out! They don't have to verify the state issued card! also the growers rec's can be rejected by the county you apply for your state card in. where I live it's 6/12 no exceptions, one buddy applied in riverside county and they would only approve 36, another friend went to LA county and got the 99 approved you can apply for your state card at your local health department, follow the instructions carefully cause if you mess up on your submission it will be rejected and the fee is non refundable

Yes, I am sticking to my state legal 6. & I figure pd could care less about the recs as well. Though I also think if you are keeping it to yourself in your home as it should be & within all the standard guidelines, there should be no reason for them to flip & not take the time to verify one. Only people I hear about getting in trouble in or around my city usually break the law somehow.. usually someones bud ends up out of there house on the street, many times they are over the limit.

Ill pass on state card, it looked nice @ one time.. but.. I think it will be easier to buy firearms, ammo without it^_^

true but then again,cops are assholes and love to make a list of charges on you.

take you for example..growing your meds for personal use.

they will get you for cultivation of a drug,with intent to distribute it.+fire arms.

then they might take all your monies and belongings that you had before you even started growing

I have no firearms in my home where my garden is. Not trying to get screwed for no reason, I am legit.

many Security guards are still able to work armed & be a mmj patient. Due to the rec being private. As you said though, one does not want to get confused & get caught mixing both.
