California Plant limit UPDATE

I say fuck plant limits. Right now i have 108 plants 28 in flower. When i have everything running smoothly agen ill have 60 in flower 36 in veg 10 moms and when needed 50 clones. So 156 plants.
Who is the gov to tell me how much medication i need. Maybe i like to only hit green bowls. Maybe my hydro fucks up and i kill half my plants. maybe i like to use a pound of buds to make hash.
Its between me and my DR. We both believe that i would benefit from the use of medical marijuana and i am supposed to use as needed. So in my mind i need to grow as needed to supply my
medication. The gov dosnt care when a DR prescribes someone 20 or 200 zanax or oxy for that reason. I dunno im rambling but i don't see how patients in one county have more rites to use
than in another county. I understand that San Diego only allows me to gorw out side in a locked green house so some one can happen across my crop and help themselves makes sense.
Sorry for the rant. but yea happy growing and smooth smokeing

Im in trinity, the planning guy said if I wanted my 12 plants (6/6) then I would need 30 acres.
Trinity gos by sb 420 guidelines. So first off its 6 mature (flowering) or 12 immature (vegging) not bolth. Also you can get a rec from your dr
for more
H &SC 11362.77 (b) If a qualified patient or primary caregiver has a doctor's recommendation that this quantity does not meet the qualified patient's medical needs, the qualified patient or primary caregiver may possess an amount of marijuana consistent with the patient's needs.
On the whole 30 acres thing id ask once more and if they say no tell them you'll have to contact your attorney and possibly the media. or spend some time and start a petition.

One planner said he was "Sick of the California Constitution and all the crying over property rights"
so I think SB420 is the last thing on their mind.

then tell his to shove his dick in his ass and move outa cali. lol no but maybe. What about your rights as a medical patient. unless he has some bylaw that states the 30 acers thing id say fuck him.
For me AZ is looking kinda good right now sence they passed mmj. I was thinking of moveing out there and renting a house on ca side and growing in that. i dunno tho i need to look up az regulations
and i love San Diego too much. I live in a town thats unincorporated community of san diego. Thus not intirely falling under san diegos laws. It was a pain in the ass to get a despencery up here.
but we did it and now everything is gravy. Soryccant spell when medicated. lol

wtf, you are NOT allowed to grow outside in san diego. you CAN grow inside if you stay in your plant limits. 6 or 12

what doctor did you go to that told you that? lol

My license now is 25/5, wifes is the same as well, the dr tried getting us to et the 99plant ones but it would have been a waste of money for us since we dont have property or know anyone with property

hey guys, i found this site. it seems legit, but what do you guys think? they basically are a middle man for clinics and they give you recs from a clinic that allow you to grow more. obiously it's stupid to grow over 99 period, but would this make it legal (or should i say more legal)
http://growlegal.com/index.html
they offer a free trial where you get to verify all the paperwork before you pay even. they have me convinced, actually.

My county has Not passed an ordinance altering the law on the cultivation of MJ, which I believe means they stick to the usual 6 or 12 minimal rule.. My question is, do I speak with the doc about getting my limit raised? I want to go from 6 to 12.. I am not looking for 99.. or anything crazy.. just 12.

Does it depend on my local LEO? I certainly need it, as I am running out several weeks prior to each harvest. Which is depressing. Do I just ask the doc? or..

Wow, this all sounds so complicated. So many males, so many females, mature, immature etc. What do the cops check for balls? How about a hermie? That must really f*** 'em up.

Here in MI its 12 plants. Or if you're a caregiver 12 for each patient up to 5 patients.

I have a grower friend thats a patient. So he's allowed 72. He got raided last year (bad) and he had 112 in the house, but the cops left him alone about it once they saw all his paperwork was in order (good).
Myself I can have 12 and my wife is applying for caregiver with 2 (3 if you count me) patients already lined up, that will bring us up to like 36-48 not sure which.
