I read that whole thread and it was great and i agree but also its all in the persons kind of high they want because everyone is different but the part about the tast and being ripe and shit is true, its the best taste!!!
Thanks man :)

The earliest from today will probably be almost 4 weeks but most will be probably 6 weeks or so.

I'm really just going to eye it. I like to wait until over 50% of the trichs are amber but honestly i don't even check. I just wait for when all the hairs have changed color and been sucked into the ripened calyx's. It's perfect time to pick in my eyes :) I don't have a pic myself since i just started the pic thing, lemme see if i can find a visual online..

Kewl found an example right here at RIU :p

BELOW IS NOT MY PLANT, IT IS SpruceZeus from here :)
great grow again been a week or two since i dropped in last and i love how they are turning out!! great grow:weed:

I am going to try and not water the plant's today at all today, After the 500% nute & 40-50% flush I wan't to make sure that my soil dries out a little since it has been kept extremely wet for the last few days. I will check on them off and on until lights off to make sure they do not get to the point of wilting. ** EDIT ** Checked the soil and atleast 1" + is bone dry so i gave them there well deserved watering of 250% nutes.

Explosive growth has really started again since the beginning of the force stretch just 2 days ago. I always wanted to force a stretch during the middle of flowering but never had the guts to do it. So far it seems to be paying off.

I sat thinking a bit ago about the bub harvest and I would love to hit the illusive 1g per watt for cfl but in all honesty I don't think it is going to be possible in the area that I am using. I would have to end up with a dry weight of 428g thats like 1712g wet. A pound is 453.59237g and avg yield per SOG m3 is 400-500grams and im using probably around 1/5 m3. This is also probably an avg in ideal conditions (not to mention under 1k HID's). So unless some miracle happens hitting 1g per watt in 1/5 space that the seed bank uses is not gonna happen :( but hey im also still X'n my fingers and doing every little thing i can to push these lil ones to there limit.

Growth is continuing to explode after the force stretch. Main cola formation seems pretty consistent throughout the area. Lower branching cola's that are on top of the main canopy are growing extremely well and should end up with a decent yield. At least visually decent lol :p

All in all this test has become so much easier since the move to an area with a higher ceiling, but OMG I so can't wait for this run to be over with. For me cfl has made it seem like 500 years have passed since i started flowering.

At least if nothing else someone who want's to grow bubblelicious ultra cheap can walk out of this thread with knowing max shultz 10-15-10 for veg is 400% solution (4x droppers per gallon). and same for shultz 8-14-9 for flower . 400% can only be used in either veg or flower for about a week before signs of burn show. %350 is about the max that can be used continuously for each watering.

NOTE: Water being used is pretty crappy tap water with no sitting time & soil is super cheap $1.99 soil that was cooked in the oven for 1hr at 350deg before being used so with good water or distilled water the 400% solution may be able to be used long term with no burn. (with no nute soil or nute deprived soil i should say.)

Hey i have read to catch up on you SOG story with CFLs you got going on here. I have also noticed the insane amounts of nutes your hitting these plants with, saw alittle bit of nute burn at the biggening but after the plants stabilized i have seen nothing but vigorous growth. Any way my question is with all the nutes you are hitting them with are you planning on flushing them before your harvest?

Ya I will be flushing (With all the nutes i am using its a must lol). I should only have to flush for a few days considering they are in 1/2 2 liters and borderline wilting up at the end of each day cycle.

I started dialing in with the nutes with the mothers in veg (since the same feeding % can be used for both veg and flower, just barely different npk) that took probably a month if not longer. :) Def pays off dialing in :)

Some of the older clones are starting to really beef up.

Plant's have kicked into high gear after the force stretch, new flower production is in overdrive.

Hang on you said you only have to flush for a few days before harvest. I thought that you needed a couple of weeks to flush so that all the chemical taste will evacuate from the whole plant's system. I could be wrong and correct me if i am, because i would like very much so to use nutes up until its necissary to stop. I have a hydroponic setup so would it almost be an instant flush for my plants if i just clean and replace my resivior with only fresh water.

Nooo you are correct I do believe to flush good you need a few weeks. I would honestly love to be able to flush these for 2 weeks but because of the difference in the times that this round started to flower the difference in flowering time between the clones is just insane (some have been flowering for 40+ days and others only 2 weeks and all were put into the area at the same time :/). So flushing for more than a couple days in my case would possibly jack up a plant that shares the same pot :(.

(Sorry about the chaotic ramblings that probably make no sense, just had a extremely good dosing of honey oil :). )

A flush of only a few days should remove quite a bit of the nutes though, theres more roots in the 1/2 2 liters than there is dirt, they are extremely rootbound. After I did the huge nute dosing I flushed for the next few days (2 days) and probably 8 or 9 plants started to show signs of N def (healthy yellow leaves). so there def eatin. Just thing that sux is during flowering they won't green back up so i gotta limit how much i flush since plants that arent close are involved..

LoL omg if you read all this I am sorry :p just a little too stoned.. Ill fix this reply later on or tomorrow. Time to go inside (outside usin someones un-secured wifi lol )
