Take her earlier(day 55-58 ) for more lemon/cherry funkess.

Take her after day 60 and there will still be some lemons, but it will be mainly dank baby poo funkness.

Cure her for a week and it honestly doesnt change much after a long cure (I have cured and sampled PB for one week, 2 weeks ,1 month, 2 months and three months). Maybe some subtle hints if cured longer, but since the flavor is so strong with PB the excess time in curing is kind of a waste.

I have quite a bit of experience with her and I take her at day 61. It's my preferred head. I also culled my last one the other day at day 80. She was senescent(dead) but I quick dried some and tried a sample...still a rollercoaster:) The high from day 80 was about the same as day 61....didn't smell nearly as good though or look as nice as the day 61.

I think i will take her down around 55-58 days...i'm not a fan of baby poo :) (my lungs are sensitive )
Actually i was thinking about harvesting all the heavy colas and letting the interior buds go alittle longer to see if they will put on some wieght

Here are some Pandy's that are a little over one month into flowering. I used Sub's super soil recipe but I modified his rules a little as I noticed that I am always running into herm issues following his instructions. What I did is I replaced the Roots soil with FFOF. The reason is Roots is way to inconsistent. With FFOF being sterilized prior to nutes being added you know what your getting every time. Not only that the last couple bags of Roots I bought was infested with mold and nats. Anyway I am using a 50/50 mix of the super soil and FFOF and I have been using that since veg. Enjoy and lemme know what you think!

I think the strength of Pandy is one of the best kept secrets - even though Sub says "Not for occasional smokers" right on their brochures. She can send you into a tail spin.
:fire:
heh i grow coco hydro and i suspect that means it will ripen slightly faster. ANYWAY i have harvested at 50 days flat on Pandy and christ I was buggin out :) Now days i hold out for a full 8 weeks cause like Snafu said, its a bit much :)

Hey folks,
Better late then never I guess huh? Thanks for the pics and comments above everyone, I hope that all of your Holidays and New Years were filled with joy and that 2012 treats everyone with good health, happiness, and DANK :mrgreen:.
Here is the Pandora #10 update, at day 2 of flower. She has been getting 6.5 ph water when needed, and was moved to the 1000 watt HPS room about 10 days before flipping the switch.
Coming next is the Pandora #4 harvest report and smoke report......
Thanks for staying along with me anyone that is following the thread- I know I left it hanging for a while.

Pandora's Box (the second female phenotype out of my 10 pack, dubbed Pandora #10) with 10 weeks of veg after transplanting to a 10 gal pot layered with about 60 % Supersoil and 40% Roots Organics soil. This pheno is much smaller stemmed and more branchy. Veg growth was slow but I REALLY need to replace the bulb in my MH light so I think that is partially to blame.

And a shot from in my Veg room where freshly transplanted plants and clones in 1 gals are kicking ass with Sub's method :)

To put it simply, I loved this grow. Super soil is fantastic and it works great. I am always puzzled when I see people posting about problems they are having with Supersoil, until I read further and inevitably see that they didn't follow the recipe and directions 100%. If you follow the recipe and directions on how to make and use Supersoil, you will be a happy camper.

The strain performed almost exactly as described by TGA and that is saying a lot considering I didn't do any selection at all.
The final dry weight was just shy of 3 ounces, which makes me very happy considering this plant was in a 5 gal, and faded out early.
Here are some dry buds:

I also grew out a bag seed from a great bag of TGA's Void, it came out Querkle dominant and awesome!

And here we have some cannacaps I made. They are a concoction of Rick Simpson oil I extracted from the stalks, stems, leaves, and some buds from the Pandora and also some other bits of multiple strains that I collected. I tried to shoot for a ratio of 70% stems stalks and fan leaves to 30% THC rich buds for a more healing, sedative, and analgesic effect. I warmed the oil and then mixed it with some raw extra virgin coconut oil and filled into large empty medicine-caps.

For me they have been great for controlling chronic pain in my sciatic nerve and help me sleep great. I have a friend who has trouble with restless leg syndrome and he tested the recipe out for me as well. He has a lower tolerance than I do and said that one cap made him feel like he was on acid for 2 hours before it faded into a glorious body high which helped him fall asleep with NO problems with restless leg! Obviously an acid trip is not needed though so he just takes about a 3rd of a cap now before bed with great results helping him sleep with no leg problems :) :) :)
I am very happy with this batch of caps and will continue to experiment with this sacred healing oil.
Coming next is smoke report.....

Strain: TGA Pandora's Box Growth: 9/10- Vigorous, stocky hardy plant. Very nutrient hungry. Great producer-finishing in 8 weeks but could go longer if desired. Nutes: Subcool's Super Soil, sucanat Yield:9/10- about 80 grams. Bag Appeal: 9/10 Smell: 10/10- Oily scents of sweet lemon, over ripe cherry. When broken up, fuelish skunky lemon tones come out. Smells AMAZING out of the jar. Taste: 10/10- More Spacequeen in flavor, overripe cherry but with a citrus undertone and the oily smell really transfers over to the flavor too. The High: 10/10- Mood elevating, racing, visual distortion, pain killing Comments: I gave the Pandora's Box a "triple test diagnostic" for this report, using a glass bong, a glass pipe, and my Da Buddah Vape. I consumed about 1 bowl out of each apparatus before sitting down to write this report. This bud is pretty much exactly as described in the description on the website. The flavor and smell are to die for and I can really smell both JTR and Spacequeen parents. The high is soaring and strong-perfect for me but easily too strong for more than maybe one hit for anyone with a low tolerance. I agree it doesn't seem to have a ceiling and visual distortion but also pain relief continue to get stronger as you smoke more. I grew this strain because I needed a STRONG, motivating, pain relieving, sativa based strain...and MAN IT DELIVERED! Keeper?- You bet. Great review. I will be putting Miss Pandy into flower in a month or so and now I am super excited to see the results. We will have to meet up and smoke them together as I have always wondered the influence on growing environment when using the same strain and same soil/nutes. That is also a sick bong, i'll have to check them out sometime. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing how the other pheno will do.

Also, what solvent do you use for your Rick Simpson oil? Naptha? How big of batches do you make (i.e. how much solvent and leaf/bud do you use)?

I used Everclear pure grain alcohol. I don't drink alcohol but I wanted to use something as a solvent that I know is safe to consume. I know others say Naptha, ISO, etc...are safe but I just wanted to start off making it in a way that made me feel comfortable.

As far as amounts I didn't really measure the Everclear, just poured enough (I think it was close to a full one of the big bottles) to just cover the crushed cannabis I had in a ceramic bowl. It was probably a few ounces of stems and fan leaves, and then another ounce of mixed buds that were all super dank. I soaked all the material for 5 minutes, and then again in a second wash for 3 minutes. I added the 1st and 2nd washes together and reduced it in a crock pot until no trace of alcohol was smelled. I didn't weight it but it looked like 2-3 grams of thick black oil. :)

I may just have to try that. My problem with using Naptha is that I don't really have a great place to do it safely with a lot of ventilation, so Everclear would solve that problem. Have you tried smoking/vaping the oil rather than ingestion?

Excellent reports bshdctr! I have to say, your experience with Pandy sounds pretty much identical to mine. I've been ingesting and vaping her daily for a few months now and see no signs of tolerance buildup.

Those caps sound wicked! I guess Pandy smoking is not for occasional smokers and Pandy bshdctr caps are not for occasional trippers... ;-)

Great work.
