And this, dear people, is customer service! Getting upset over a FREE seed being different to what they advertised, is just silly. Gorilla have offered to fix up on the next order. To me, they have gone above and beyond their service!

If the landscaper told me he was out of oak trees and could put a maple in instead and I agreed to it, then yes. If he included a second fig tree when he said ficus I'd still be stoked on getting a free tree. Trees are expensive lol.

Both my orders arrived no hassle.

On my last order one of the autos I wanted was not in stock, so they gave me the AK 47 auto as well which was more than the out of stock item and I was not up-charged for anything, and given one more freebie from Barney's to boot.

Here's how my second grow is going with 10 day old seedlings all barney's from gorilla, these beans germed' and popped from water to paper towel to sprout in dirt in less than three days, absolutely incredible. Don't mind the two ugly duckling clones that are adjusting to their new homes:

For all you nay sayers and gorilla employee POSERS, only 2 of the 6 popped! So I got neither of the seeds I wanted and only 2 worked!! So please tell me more about how great they are! Atleast Gavin and Sherry made an attempt to replace 1 seed, but at this point I really don't even want to bother with their JUNK!!!!!!!

how did you germinate?

i'm not nay-saying, just genuinely curious....

So you are telling me that there is a company out there that has a 100% germ rate and will replace unpopped beans?

Also how are you germing the beans? Whats your temps?

I'll apologize again that they ran out of your free seed & offered you a substitute. I'll do what I can to make sure you get the one you were offered.

As for the rest, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but you do realize that we don't breed these seeds? We're resellers & we buy from the same supply chain that supplies most other big seed banks.
If you're breeding your own seeds, it's pretty cheap to replace. For us, it's very expensive & technically illegal since UK law makes us do the whole illegal to germinate disclaimer thing.

@mike Shiller... i know you're upset, but i think a certain degree of tact is needed in public, or a public forum. i can understand your frustration, but i don't think you need to drop to insults, even if others insult you.

I can do this too. LOL Now that you have refused to have Gorilla Seedbank assist you any further, I believe that there is no longer a need for you to keep posting here. At this point you are just continuing shit with me. I am fine going back and forth with you though. :)
