Beware of Gorilla Seed Bank

Hello, I recently purchased lowryder#2 seeds from gorilla seed bank. The next day I received an email informing me that they no longer had lowryder #2 seeds and offered me AK 47 seeds instead. After careful thought I decided to take the AK 47 seeds. I was also offered a complimentary Liberty Haze seed for my troubles. When my package arrives I had my AK 47 seeds but no Liberty Haze seed, they sent me a Lemon Haze seed instead. Apparently at gorilla seeds bank if they don't have what you paid for they just give you whatever they want to give you. I did email them informing them that I was not happy with their service and maybe I should shop somewhere else. Their response was " Sorry to hear that".. Needless to say this has been my worst shopping experience.

Dude, take this with a grain of salt, but don't be a bitch. People are human. Did you bother discussing the second issue with them? They will probably be more than willing to make it right. In any case, it's still an awesome freebie. I'd order from GSB, but they don't take MC.

i ordered from a bank one time and didnt get my free seed which they advertise for orders over xxx dollars.......i thought about bringing it up but i dont really care anymore......

i think some perspective is in order. Maybe try another bank......but be aware you can find these stories from every bank.....so it happens.

Seems to me that they worked with you to get replacements as well as a freebie for your troubles and you are still not satisfied? It's the beginning of the season for many and strains may get sold out.

I don't see where they did any wrong other than running out of stock. They communicated with you and offered you a solution. May have been a mistake on their part shipping you the wrong but similar freebie but it's still a freebie that you are complaining about. Could they have been a bit more receptive to you? Sure.. But really do you think they want a return customer that's complaining about a freebie? I wouldn't think so. But that's just me.......

So true. They sold out of the alien og i ordered and i just waited till they eventually shipped it when it came back in stock. All their feebies popped too.
