Are you arranging in Merkaba? 5 STAGGERED rows x 5 columns auto-creates. At the very east, stagger rows

Because of the practicalities of the design - It will be a "pontoon" of warm white to supplement a deepred/royalblue panel - Mixing doesn't even come into the equation for this one.

I would love you to see whats currently going on under the RB/DR panel. Healthy girls. I dont have a way of sharing photos securely at the moment, sadly. :(

watts and no. of diodes size they will be roughly the same - 49W of DR/RB in 4:1 ratio + new pontoon of WW at 51W - I simply made the "oldschool" panel(s) (they're a pair) pretty early, it was like my 2nd build. Despite what popular opinion would say, shit is thriving right now, with 2 WW 23W CFL supplementing them to help fill out the spectrum. I must finish the pontoon and get rid of CFL in the next couple days though or i'm going to be burning the tits off everything while im away for >12hr :P came down to some burnt leaftips that had grown too much in the night and touched a bulb.

Dark hues...
CAM00261 - Copy.jpgCAM00259 - Copy.jpg
SDS hit the nail right on the head... I'm not surprised...

Simply enough ...
No need of special botanic/biology knowledge ...
They get more blue/purple than green...
To our eyes ...
Meaning ....
?
They 've started to reflect back, more blue/violet wls, from incident light ....
Way more than green/yellow ones ...
The darker patches/discoloration is where the light is most often the most intense (Directly under 3 NW...).

( ehem .......
Which in turn ?
Might be "replacing ",the reflected ones ...?
..Just might ? )
Replacing? As in taking on the role of absorbing different WLs?
...We should be harvesting soon. I'm ready to smoke that pine-smelling, dense weed.

EDIT: Coconut water makes a great soil drench(diluted of course)...

Approaching week 7 (begins on Friday...). A couple mites spotted here and there throughout the past week, taken care of... Aloe/Coconut water(alternating) since beginning of week 6 til the end. I was shooting for 1 zip but I'm thinking I'll fall short. I'm sure with my complete soil recipe and some real genetics I could easily surpass 30g with this light. My conclusion about the NW is that, for obvious reasons, it doesn't allow you to get your plants as close to your light source. I do feel as though the calyx/leaf ratio was influenced by the presence of NW, favoring a leafy plant. The top buds are golf ball-like and are pretty solid and so is the secondary growth going down maybe 4". I definitely will replace NW with DR and also think I may add a veg/flower setting, utilizing NW for veg and DR for flower (both paired with WW). I've been busy recently and haven't really gotten a chance to sit down and develop the plan... Aloha

Organic farming will be my future(and I'm pretty excited about it), thanks to years of smoking weed, bouncing between jobs and forum-mongering. Just got through gathering some fresh coconuts/aloe and putting my Lacto-b mother serum in the fridge (after watering my MJ with it). Not only has it spurred my interest to grow our favorite plant in organic soil but it has spread to my vegetable garden and my lifestyle. I'd strongly suggest your conversion, but I won't tap you on the shoulder and preach hippie shit to you... To each his own or something like that.

PS taking pictures is a pain in the ass, but she'll be done soon enough and I'll have some pictures for everyone (and hopefully a decent harvest!). Take care.

I drench my soil 1-2 times a week with a diluted fresh, green coconuts water. A source of cytokinin, amino acid, various nutrients etc. I hear that people apply it in a foliar manner but in my experience it leaves white residue on your leaves (detrimental or not, I didn't like it...). Alas, drenching your soil with it has seemed to work nicely for me (always nice, new growth following day). Diluted 1part coconut water:15parts water.

She hasn't slowed much at all...

Excited to see a grow all the way through for once (3rd attempt lol...). Should this plant yield a quarter, it'd have payed for the light (situation I'm in, anyway...), though I expect a little more than that... Have a good one.

That's an easy q, good job bro :-) Looks tasty!
Extreme pine-sol is what she smells like after being disturbed (not much smell at all when shes at peace). I love tasty weed, personally, but I've smoked so much "cosmetic" weed recently I just want to get blind as a bat...

Hard to tell from those most recent pix if she has had her final fatten - has she? Im guessing not from the length of hairs.

New white hairs have trickled consistently until these bunches of new growth(which I was guessing was her last hoorah...) appeared around 5 days ago. We've to keep in mind these genetics are entirely unknown (to me). On that thought, let's say the end of this week is what I was hoping for rather than when the plant may actually finish at haha! Like I said though, time will reveal!
