may I suggest when growing with cfl's is to put some lights around the sides of the plants if possible not just above I did this with mine and within a few days I noticed a difference and now the leaves that were under the canopy are not wilting at all. Now that there flowering I'm noticing buds forming where the extra light hits

buddz dont form because the light is hitting them may be wishfull thinking light turns to food and energy and gets spread out evenly

solv is right....YOu want your plant cover in lighting especially if you are using cfl due to the fact that there lumens only go so far...not saying your wrong lowryder cause with growing pot theres never on answer, but arent the lights acting as food in a way(like you said), the more light the bigger the plant gets and the faster it grows which means more buds...I grown a bunch of times and i find putting lights all around the plant is the way to go...This also makes sure that no leafs go without light. cause when the plants start to get bigger the bottom leafs start to turn brown

yeah thats true and side lighting helps allot..only about 30% of light travels through the leaf i think( dont quote me on that).. but you think if you put all the lights on the right side of the plant only that side will budd or that that sides buddz will be bigger nope..... i usually dont point out the correct things people say i point out the wrong just so they know is all

photo.jpgi would check out herbiesheadshop.com it is based out of the uk but i got my seeds in cali in around 10 days and in good condition. Here is a pic of my lowryder#2 12 days in.

Wats up wee I'm from America and I order from additude...I usually get them within about ten days sometimes sooner.the package is discreet n everything so u don't have to worry about that, plus they have a pretty good selection n set up. But other then that I order from single seed centre for the first time Monday, ill let u know how that goes...I like how u can order just one seed if u want(I would suggest that tho.

The only thing that bothers me about additude is they.ask if u want to pay ten dollars.for.guaranteed shipping n like more money for a stronger box, shouldnt that just be included...but seeds are nice and usually always germ

Nice plants spliff...u growing then in a tent or just out in the open??? And what size pot you goin to put them in cause I got mine in 12 inches which is about 3 gallons it takes up soo much space in my tent

i am growing in a 4' by 2' closet lol. i am using two gallon smart pots. they are nice because they promote root growth throughout the entire pot insted of having a ball of roots at the bottom of the pot this means you can have larger plants in smaller smartpots. but i would not over do it and put a big plant in a small smartpot. the smartpots also do not have lips around their top so it is easy to keep them closer.

Awsome I have a tent 3x3x6 n I can only fit three pots which was all I wanted to grow this time, but I'm going to invest I'm those smart pots for next grow cause thy sound dope.

I need to order some nutes for my plants when I get home tn does anyone have a suggestion or one that they noticed increased there plants yield??

yeah pretty much all of them lol. each strain has different needs which means different nutes to a certin degree. smart pots will increase your yield. greater root mass= greater yield.

floranova by general hydroponics is a pretty good easy nute.

I'm a long time auto grower...started back several years ago when auto strains were limited....really grew (pun intended) to love the little ones. With my setup evolving to one where I totally contol environment, my success has skyrocketed and I am still a very happy auto grower. I pull way more yeild over a 6 mo. time than any of my photo friends and usually equal if not better potency....and always have several strains jarred so I can kick up the diversity when desired....
Another success story has been moving to a nuteless soil (Humboldt) and using BioBizz nutes. Once the environ is controlled, and a plant has food, success is guaranteed.
I applaud all auto growers...theirs some really good shit out there now....
