90 degrees+ has never hurt any plant I have ever planted. It gets in the 100s here and Im sure the temp is a little higher considering the baron dirt ground around my girls reflecting the heat up.

I went ahead and ordered 10 reg Short Rider seeds last night from Nirvana. Will germ all 10 asap when they arrive.

Hopefully I can breed some out. Will start a thread when i begin. Peace peeps, be easy

So how much do these Autos grow after sexing? Sounds like an auto Ak can show hairs at like 8 inches at finish at 3 feet? They dont stretch and then fill in like reg plants tho right, they just keep branching and vegging kinda after sexing? THen they at some point focus on buds?

From experience and IMHO, SOME will, MOST wont...I was in the process of moving last year, and I had them in a dvd case inside a suitcase, which was left inside my SUV for a wk..<stuuupid, i KNOW!! Once i was settled in and started germing my seeds, 3/4 DIDN'T show a taproot...Out of 5 ak x auto bb, 1 germed/sprouted=male.out of 8 LR2, 2 germed, 1 sprouted=female, out of 10 AK, 6 germed/sprouted= 4 females, 2 males<1 of the males showed female hairs!!! High Heat & humidity will KILL seeds....and yeah, I was SUPER PISSED!

I had great success with the SR's from Nirvana. Avatar pic was one of my girls. I used 600w, and the nugs were solid and stoney. :leaf:

Whats the word on Paradise automaria, does it really produce 350g?
I was wondering that too. I saw it on speedy's web site. Looked on a couple others but didn't have the yield posted.
I got 3 free from speedy and if they produce 350 then they should have already been in the ground.

If a auto could produce 350g in acouple months that would be huge news. Just about every outdoor grower would have some.
Has to bea misprint.

auto maria seems to me just to be another name for lowryder 2. Its crossed with santa maria too I think.

I was thinking that when I saw the genetics. Sounded like the same lineage, different breeder. I know some of the flash autos speedy has are supposed to get up to 9 feet tall. I dont see the point unless your in the tropics or have light pollution outside like me.

Man how come so many people get these bunk auto seeds and let them get 3ft tall or more before doing anything about it. I mean and auto is never gonna get over a foot without flowering right?

if seeds get too hot does that kill them or can they still germinate?
yeah it will hurt the grem rate, but i was reading in a botany book that it could help with bringing out Heat resistant genes.. the book also said he put seeds in the frezzer to help

with frost resistant genes..
