Attitude Seedbank. Why not help your customers?

I've never ordered from the tude, after looking around and reading a lot about them, I have no doubt they have good genetics, but to think speedy and nirvana don't because their name isn't attitude is rediculous. I've gone with nirvana because of customer service praises, sorry speady, your site kept crashing my computer lol. But I bet the tude has gotten so much business that its hard to keep up with the customer service side of things, however, as your business grows its your duty to invest in the areas that are overburdened. If they can't keep up hire more people or whatever, expand your customer service dept. Oh well, I aint buying from them just cause the name. And customer service is big to me, especially with the cost of these products.

I am actually really happy I saw this thread. I was thinking about switching to Attitude because of their mix and match ability where you can get single feminised seeds, but after what I hear I would rather buy in bulk and get good genetics and germ rate, then by singles from a site that has this many negative coustomer service opinions. Nirvana is awesome. I ordered 5 fem Blackjack seeds and had 5/5 germ. One of the seeds turned out to be male so I emailed alice(long enough after the order to sex the plant) at Nirvana and they sent me the ENTIRE order again. So because of one male seed in my package I received 9 fem Blackjack seeds for the price of 5. What a fucking deal ey? Thanks Nirvana. P.S. I like what Speedy has to offer and will also be buying from them in the future.

close to 2mnths ago. The order went thru on my card, paid in full but,
i never got the confirmation on my email?. So ive been waiting ever since,
i've emailed their c.s for some help but NO DICE. Who knws if they'll ever get here..

i also have had a bad experience with attitude. they refuse to help me. i got a bad batch of seeds and they told me to contact the breeder.

i contacted the breeder he said contact attitude.

LOL round and round we go.

i gave up after that.

Watch your credit card statement. I have read here and there about people buying from them and then having weird charges show up on their statements. I am not saying it is true or not, but I have seen enough posts to suspect them. I am glad I only used gift cards the few times I used them.

hey there Subtlechaos, I'm glad you brought this up. I recently had a batch of Church seeds that also had lousy germination rates. Only half of them germed. I usually get 95%-100% germination rate for my seeds. With quite a few people complaining about the same strain, it's rather obvious it isn't just the lot of us being unable to properly germinate a seed. Now while I am aware that Attitude is not responsible for the seeds being bad, they are responsible for how they deal with an unsatisfied customer. For myself - I emailed them twice, and did not get any response whatsoever. Not even a "fuck off", so to speak. If anyone was wondering, no, I did not say anything about germination or growing, in my emails. Nor anything else that could be construed as illegal. They did not even have the common courtesy to reply to me, in any way! That is something that Attitude is totally responsible for, and I think it's bullshit. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them, and no one can even speak to me? Whatever. I'll go elsewhere.

Im glad you made your way to the thread, DoeEyed. An experienced gardener such as yourself posting issues with the same strain from the same site really lays validity to everything I've said.

I got a Wal-Mart Visa card i load when Im making seed orders.;)

i have read enough of these posts to be pretty certain its true. TONS written by people with 20 or less posts and a few by reputable people. it may be a rogue employee but ...

Aww shit! Im in! I ordered a 10 pack of Kings Kush a few months ago. 4-10 germed. 2-4 sprouted. The Church- no go. SLH-after 2 months, it finally has a second set of nodes. Trashed it. GHS--- Neva again. I dont even bother complaining to the Tude, they wont do shit about it.

Like DoEeyed said, "im not exactally a beginner."

it is very much their responsibilty to make sure the seeds they sell are of good quality.

if you go to their site right now they have a new breeder, samsara seeds. now if that breeder was totally fake, meaning all their seeds were bagseed and their strain names and pics were made up, wouldnt that be blamed on attitude? they should make sure they are selling good quality gear. a good company makes sure their custos are happy. this is why corporations use the motto: "the customers always right"

Www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com. ALL seeds can be bought in singles. Shipping is faster than the Tude. For whole packs, go with Speedy..

You should be fine. they keep them in the original breeders packs... Which means it's the same bean you'd get from another seedbank.

Just hope that you picked a reputable breeder.

As I said earlier, I just got my first order today, from Speedy. Everything was fine, and on time. I guess if I had a complaint it would be that my only freebie kinda' sucked, but I only ordered 1 pack of Diesel Ryders.(For my tomato garden;)) So I guess i couldn't expect too much from the guy.

His shipping is just about the cleverist goddamn thing I've ever seen! he prefers we do not post his method on here, but you'll see when you order.

Speedy's a smart dude.:mrgreen:
