Attitude Seedbank. Why not help your customers?

it is very much their responsibilty to make sure the seeds they sell are of good quality.

if you go to their site right now they have a new breeder, samsara seeds. now if that breeder was totally fake, meaning all their seeds were bagseed and their strain names and pics were made up, wouldnt that be blamed on attitude? they should make sure they are selling good quality gear. a good company makes sure their custos are happy. this is why corporations use the motto: "the customers always right"
Hey there rzza, I just wanted to set it straight - I do agree with you. What I meant by that, is that Attitude did not actually breed the seeds themselves, GHS was responsible for that part of it. But yes, Attitude should take care of it, as a part of good customer service - if you find you're selling a bad item, you appoligize to your customer, make it right, and remove that item from your inventory. That they are not, is negligent in the extreme on their part.

Returns

If you require seeds to be returned then the have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaing. If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps: Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault) If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps: Complete a return form stating the reason for return and enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

im just sayin, after reading that I WOULDNT BOTHER GETTING A REFUND

OK - just because they have this posted on their site, does not mean they follow it as they should. Second, having their return policy posted, in no way relieves them of the obligation to give good customer service, even if it is just replying to a loyal customer by email. Last - you know and I know, as do they - that the real deal is, they can screw us however they like, as long as what we are buying is illegal - and that is the bottom line. They got the money, and could care less if they sold a good product or not. Who can return a seed that doesn't germinate "...in the original condition, with the package unopened." ?

Mostly, I guess, to let others who don't know, which way the wind blows with them. Because I've been a good customer, and sent many people their way, and now I wish I had not. lol Just trying to do the right thing.

ya know.. id like to be on your side cause im just pissed about the fact that i never got my seeds from them, but i gotta say attitude really tried and customs really fucked me.

attitude re-sent my seeds like 2 or 3 times ( it was quite the experience and i really dont wanna go back and check the emails and facts) because they didnt make it thru customs. i didnt even pay for the gauranteed shippin policy ( with the t-shirt/backpack) at first. that is, until i figured i would probably never get my seeds unless i hid them in something, so they resent them for free and i paid just the t-shirt. i still never got the seeds.. :(
and this was a big order, like 250$ that they didnt HAVE to re-send, because i really didnt pay for the gaurantee

so like i said, attitude tried for me but i ultimately got fucked by the man

i definitely agree if attitude is aware of the problem they need to put a stop to it, at least test the batch everyone is complaining about .. but man.i guess the only thing we can do, is research the shit outta your seeds before you buy them..

Have a friend(girlfriend is better) set up a PO Box, and get it sent there. They're prolly watching your name now, tho.:-(

Brother, if you owned The Attitude Seedbank, would you help your customers?

I should add... When I started this thread, I saw The Attitude had created a profile here. Thus the reason I made the thread. I visited the page and invited them to this thread in their visitors message... They no longer have a profile on RIU... If they do, I can no longer find it.

I agree with what you said 100%. Drugs don't come with a refund policy. All I know is that I placed an order for $50 US from the Attitude and they were at my door in 8 day. I got a 10 pack outdoor mix, plus a single low girl fem and the cole train fem freebie. All I tried to germ so far is 7 out of the outdoor mix and all 7 germinated in 36 hours or less and are about a week old doing awesome.

I feel for all you guys who haven't received your seeds or have your CC ripped off, but my one experience with them has been positive so far.

BTW it usually isn't the banks fault if the seeds don't germ. I have a hunch that at least half of the germination problems come from the person germinating wrong. 1/4 coming from the breeder, and 1/4 from mother nature. These are living organisms. There will always be a degree of uncertainty.
