This is an extract from the site I linked you to for light bleaching..

3.) Don’t Give Your Plants Too Much Light (Light-Burn)

While generally more light is better for your cannabis plants, very high power brightness can light-burn your plants, which stresses plants, causes unwanted bleaching, and can trigger the plant to hermie on you.

With high power LED grow lights and big HID lights, make sure to always follow the manufacturer’s specifications as far as minimum distance from the top of the plants!

Don’t keep your lights too close because even if the heat is under control, too much brightness can cause stress too.

Light-burn is only common with high power LEDs (3W chipsets and bigger, x-lens technology, etc) and big HIDs or perhaps multiple smaller HIDs (usually with an intense cooling system).

It is more difficult to “light-burn” your plants with fluorescent lights, CFLs, smaller HIDs, etc - with these lights you only need to worry about heat.

I hope I'm wrong but you want to go in and have a good look at her up close, make sure there are no bananas sticking out because it looks like there are on a few of those last photos. Could be wrong, lets hope I am!

THANKS MATE! you saved me really!! I saw that bananas before, but I didn't pay any attention. I didn't done my research about herms, before. Its sad for me.. I checked her everyday from the beginning, I fixed distance of bulbs 2-3 times a day, moreover sometimes I stared at her for an hour. And now, the last week, got busy, and couldn't check her as much as.

After you opened my eyes..
I invested all buds and saw more bananas. At least 8 of 20 buds have them. Even seeds are there.

I know 48days of flower is early, but i changed lights on 3rd week of flower, from 12/12 to 13/11 dark/light, for early finish. (because i am gonna move place very soon)

So what can i do now?
Should i harvest it completely, or harvest the buds with hermies? Its hard to tell which one has it because those nanas are too small. Or maybe harvest only with seeded.?

I guess i should cut only hermies and leave others for 1 more week. How would this 1week, affect my final yield and potency? I need your opinion on this.
And even i decide to harvest the hermie ones. Should i wait couple more days or just do it now?

I have a 40x loupe, but I cant see trichs clearly. From what i can see: %70 are cloudy. Also more than %50 of pistils are turned brown already.

There is a product called GHE ripen upload_2016-6-22_7-4-23.jpeg

It can be used to finish her quicker when bad things like this happen.
I am not sure if it would be worth using at this stage, may be better to chop them now. Because they will not be concentrating on putting more weight on, they will be concentrating on making seeds now. Even the one without bananas will probably have seeds deep inside her buds.
Your weight will suffer but there is nothing to be done about that now.
I had this problem once in a perpetual grow and I had 3 lots of plants in different stages, the hermies where not as badly seeded but the crop next to them where fully seeded and the ones next to those I killed to be safe.
Its a painful time when this happens.
If you do use GHE Ripen then do not recycle the medium. Throw it away after.
No doubt the stress of the bleaching has triggered the plant to turn hermie.
You can still smoke the buds but it will be a task removing all the seeds. Just roll your fingers over the buds and apply pressure, you will feel them between your fingers. Probalby easiest to do this when dry. If its really badly seeded then I suggest making hash out o them either by some form or extraction or by bubble bags. You can get lots and lots of resin fro them and even the leaf that has trichomes on them. The hash will be very strong.
Good luck with the harvest.

I tried that small bud, the high was nice and fast but didn't last long so I decided to wait 1 more week before harvest.

How much dry bud i need to make hash min? I mean is it worth if it weight like 15gr?

Well I have only ever used large amounts of sugar leaf using bubble bags with ice water. So its hard for me to say. I would take all the leaf you have and any buds which are so seeded you cant pick them all out and go with that. Doesn't matter if you put big leaf in either, anything with a single trichome will shed it and filter through. No stalks though, you would damage the bags. Its amazing how much comes out. The plant matter should go in fresh rather than fully dry. Oh its often worth running through twice too.
You get different purities out of different micron bags. The bottom been the highest quality.

Hopefully you can salvage most of your buds for smoking. But what you cant smoke make the bubble hash. Its pure trichomes, knocks your socks off and tastes amazing.

you can pay fancy prices for branded bubble bags but ebay and amazon have good 5 bag systems for very little and they do the same thing.
